  • love this water but DON'T BUY FIJI WATER! SERACH youtube for FIJI WATER truth (first video it is only 1 min). Oh ya, smart water is owned by COCA COLA!

    Hope this helps someone.

  • interesting, I didn't realize it has an impact on delivering the nutrients. I'm going to go get some right now.

  • Natalie, I find it difficult to criticize your advise because so much of it is good advice. However, your not much different then many others out there in cyber-land extolling the virtues of water. Unfortunately their advise like your never comes with the number one admonition regarding drinking water. It should be pure and fluoride free. Of course there are many other toxins in water our bodies can do without as well. Which is why distilled water is best when minerals are added back to it.

  • it amazes me that these videos are only watched by very few people

  • girl, are you from the east cost?

  • @nalgy67 Cool tips, I am also impressed from the diet solutions in the site WeightLossAction.Info. I've used it for 2 weeks and now I feel slimmer.

  • U r awesome!

  • Holla! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Wow... what excellent information! I love water & try to always make sure I drink enough each (really love Smart Water), however, this video made me aware of several thinks I didn't know! Thx & you right some water taste really good!!! {~:

  • 10 people are hydrophobic

  • Green Screen???

  • cell walls wdf???

  • Awesome information!!! Thanks for helping folks see the light! we appreciate YOU!!

  • you are beautiful.

  • Bottled water has a pH of about 6.0 good for hair and skin , but not real great to drink.

Alkaline water of about 8.0 to 9.5 pH is best to drink. Electric water ionizers are grossly overpriced and not great water filters to begin with. Instead of 'Kangen' water (which is the highest priced on the market) I would suggest this non-electric system. It is a water filter 1st and antioxidant water 2nd. Look up AlkaStream.us Tell Gabe Brenda Skidmore referred you.

  • Something I've learned is about TDS (total disolved solids). Less than 10 TDS is considered purified. Anything above 50 TDS and it's not properly hydrating your body. Ozarka is about 35 (the last time I measured it) so it isn't considered purified but it is a pretty good source for hydration.

Your best bet is to buy (or make) reverse osmosis water. That removes everything including viruses and bacteria.

  • This is a great video with important tips of the importance of water.

  • What do you think of Kangen water? I know it's really expensive but do you think it really is a good product?

  • Isn't it sad that we need to BUY water? I am totally not against drinking lots of water but imagine all the energy that is wasted in producing all this purchased water, bottling this water, using up non-renewable resources (plastics especially), transportation, storage, etc etc etc. I hope this is some food for thought.

  • Water works for dieting too, just drink a couple of glasses before meals, you won't be so hungry, it's one of life's miracles, for sure.

  • Definitely stay away from fluoride water. Most water supply in the US add sodium fluoride. Its been proven to cause a host of problems including increasing risk of bone cancer and reducing IQ. Reverse Osmosis water remove about 99 percent of all impurities from water.

  • I would drink her bath water

  • I love this girl. Shes sooooooo pretttty.

  • especially if you drink alcohol....drink as much water as alcohol.....too fist it!

  • love thi video but just ot let you know, smart water is made by coca cola and is very acidic on the body.

just thought I'd let people know. anyone know which are best, please share!!! (and why!).

also fiji water has lots of bad bacteria (yuck!). (look it up!)

  • human cells have cell membranes not cell walls.... only plants have cell walls

  • @isnortcoloredpencils lol u shouldnt b so mean

  • i pee every 5 mins now!

  • I enjoyed your very informative video. Since you appreciate the importance of water in overall health maintenance, have you experimented with electrolyzed water? It is my experience that proper electrolysis will produce water which is both alkaline and electron-rich, thus being far superior to any tap or bottled waters from an anti-oxidant standpoint.

  • I think i should try this :) thanks for the help! :D

  • Nice commercial for water brands.

  • Wow... I've been drinking water my whole life! I'm so healthy!!!

  • Just drank 2 liters in like 4 hours...Go me!

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I LOVE YOU!

  • Lol the random owl at the end

  • Before you buy bottled water from Norway, Fiji or elsewhere - think about how much oil was used to transport that water overseas to your grocery store.

  • @CombustTheChronic you schmoove talker you

  • Nat, do you think it's true that you shouldn't drink water like 15 minutes before and 45 minutes after eating???

  • I'm gonna try it

  • In addition to the end of this message, men need more amounts of everything, especially if they considerably work because a mans body is more prone to make more muscle mass growth. The working man works harder.

  • I have a question, I'm a runner in Texas (hot!) and I don't drink anything but water. I know I should drink more water than most people. But exactly how much more water should I drink?

  • I LIKE IT'S EXPLANATION OF WHAT WATER DOES FOR YOU!!!!!!

  • Soft drinks: especially "DietSoda" contain 'asparteme' -which has "FORMALDYHIDE" in it. a tissue preservative which is making people sick and deathly.. Dont drink it. It needs to be banned as Europe has done ,.she has SOME GOOD ADVICE, BUT JOKES ABOUT VALIUM , the U.S. is the biggest most dependent abuser of prescription Drugs than anywhere .If you want expensive drugs and good water to wash it down with,we will need better video's...

  • Wish people would look into FLUORIDE & Vaccines they are killers that and splenda, aspartame, MSG and the hydrogenated oils, if one can stay away from these and crap table salt replacing with the tasty & much needed grey celtic sea salt then you are going to be on the path to good health & never manifesting cancer diabetes etc. Here's to good health! Cheers Just reposting for NOLIMIT>> he is so right WE ARE BEING POISIONED

  • love this video, in my favs.... but smart water is MADE BY COCA COLA!!! I don't trust that company at all, who knows what they are putting into it! Don't even get me started on their other bottled water dansani which is HORRIBLE reused toilet water and i believe one of the sources is the detroit river (YUCK!).

  • @lukehard242 p.s. SMART WATER HAS A PH LEVEL Of 4!!! Horrible!

  • I perfectly understand the importance of drink water, but, If you having a hard time drinking water, how can you resolve this problem?

  • How many glasses of water should I drink. And does drinking water help the digestion process.???

  • @mastermind4eva1 1/2 your weight in ounces.

  • Luv the clean water is most importand but still fake in the bottles. To feel better and better we need something for detoxification. If we detoxify ourself of the toxins (food, water, air) and revitalize then our body is the best DOCTOR ever! All the best 4 you people. Peace and love!

  • I like to use a reverse osmisis water filter for my drinking water. It also cuts back on purchases of bottled water therefor reducing polution. Love your videos, always great info!

  • *drools*

  • i can listen to her talk all day..

  • you actually neeeeeed some salt for the water to absorb into the cells. although if you have a salty diet, that should be sufficient.

  • Beautiful videos.***

  • Always good information. Thank you!!!

  • she is so cute looking : )

  • am told that you should always put fresh ginger in water ,hot or cold water..!

Without it the body will not keep same temperature!:)

  • i realized the most of the bottle water i was spending a ton of cash on monthly was tap water. it says on teh side of the bottel ...Sourse:public water suply allentown, PA. not to mention all the flouride in it.

  • Stay away from flouridated water, pick up Evian or Volvic.

  • How can anyone tell if a bottled water contains Fluroride, I don't want to drink it (fluoride)

  • It'll say Fluoride then the amount.

  • @leumasnehpets Wish people would look into FLUORIDE & Vaccines they are killers that and splenda, aspartame, MSG and the hydrogenated oils, if one can stay away from these and crap table salt replacing with the tasty & much needed grey celtic sea salt then you are going to be on the path to good health & never manifesting cancer diabetes etc. Here's to good health! Cheers

  • @leumasnehpets ugh really why? im in new york and its flouridated, is it really that bad?

  • thank you so much! i'm drink i think more than 15 glasses a day..

  • I only buy water if im heading to the gym, Evian has a PH of 7.8, Tap water is perfectly safe to drink though, I always fill up my bottle with tap water from the kitchen, and its PH is between 5.5 and 9.5, so its still good enough to drink.

  • lol your mad cute and i learned alot from this video

  • What's the deal with suggesting people buy bottled water? WHAT A WASTE! Just drink plain ol' water. If you insist on filtered water, buy it for $.25/gallon at your grocery store. Individual bottles of water cost you more per gallon (and cost the environment in excess plastic) than gas!

  • I totally agree

  • i'm glad you mentioned that last tip i'm going to try it .

  • This is a great video : )

  • I have a question!!! Can drinking tea (without sugar of course) be a substitute of drinking water??

  • If you are drinking regular tea, which actually has tea leaves, then you have cafein in it, so it's like coffee. Herbal tea should be okay.

  • @SophiaL001

    nO

  • Don't buy bottled water. Bottled water is a waste of money, bad for the environment, not any healthier, and may be contaminated. The US has excellent tap water. Use a filter if you need it.

  • Most of Europe as well. I only buy water if I'm out and about and can't get cold water from a tap somewhere. I also save the bottles and fill them up, put them in the fridge and take them with me if I can. I actually heard that tap water has lots of minerals and stuff, more than a lot of bottled waters.

  • Beer is mostly water, right?

  • yeah but its a diuretic which dehydrate you (make you wee). next time you go out on the piss weigh yourself in the morning Im usually 7lbs lighter just from water loss.

  • Really funny. It's sugar and wheat.

  • I heard that drinking too much water is not good for the kidney because it will have to work too much. What do you think about this ?

  • blatant misinformation.

Drinking water dilutes the impurities that the kidneys have to filter out so they work LESS.

  • yeah, well too much of anything is not good. you need to get about half your body weight in ounces in water. Make since? Example, if you weigh 200 pounds you will need 100 ounces of water a day...hope it helps

  • does it mean when your pee is clear that you are drinking enough water?

  • yes

  • "if you loose 20% of your body water, you are going to die" and then she smiles o.O

  • Right!? What da heck.

  • i have a crush on you

  • I'd love to see a video here about fluoride and why so many people are opposed to it being in our water supply. After all its naturally found in some fruit and we, well most of us here lol, use it everyday to brush our teeth. Is it there's too much or.. what exactly? *shrug*

Also isn't filtered tap water better for the environment and more cost effective...?

Just curious.. thanks a lot! Love the videos!!! :D

  • i agree with you taekwondoo66.....ZAM ZAM water is the Best.

  • i just took a valium, i never take pills but i was in the mood to just vibe out today, nothing wrong with that, BUT, im compensating for the water it's absorbing from my body by drinking a BIG sports bottle of ice water. =)

  • She is one of the most beautiful women I have ever laid eyes upon.

  • true dat man, i love her voice also

  • Fluoride, will boiling water kill it????

  • Unfortunately no, it actually concentrates it. So even if you filter and boil water it won't get rid of the fluoride. Distillation and reverse osmosis are the best ways to get rid of it.

  • What about drinking chinese tea?

  • water water waterww water, i feel sorry for u all pll out there, far away from ZAM ZAM water.

  • have u ever heard ZAM ZAM water???

  • frankly & simply, i love you

  • This water loss must not apply to people that retain too much water.

  • I gotta pee...brb

  • Fluoride is a poison. It's a by-product of aluminum production. And consider this: It was originally sold to the American people as a cavity fighter for children under 10. If that's the case, why do adults need to drink it? Why do we have to bathe in it? Wash our clothes? And isn't that the idea behind fluoridated toothepaste? We don't need it. I don't anyway. P.S. It also makes holes in your brain. I filter the shit (literally) out of my water.

  • Water is my drink of choice. Its all i get at restaurants. But I would get wine sometimes if I was aloud.

  • Maybe you should do a video on 0 calorie artificially sweetened waters.

  • i agree that water does actually have a taste, i stopped drinking soft drinks about 2 years ago and i think you just develop a sensitivity to the flavor

  • exactly

  • This is anecdotal, but I disagree on the appetite park. I always drink either water, soy milk or juice, but mostly water, and my appetite is much stronger than it was when I mostly had soda. I used to be underweight and drinking water helped me gain weight because my appetite was stronger, so I ate more.

  • I LOVE YOU!! MARRY ME!!

  • too late man, she's already married :(

  • the best ones always are ;(\

  • I understand how you feel, but let me tell you that that's not true.

  • Maybe you should do a video on 0 calorie artificially sweetened waters. They have a lot of salt in them, and the sweeteners are really bad for your body. Many people are using this as a substitute for soft drinks when trying to get off of them. I did, and after a few months I found the sweeteners were making me feel a bit sick. :-P

  • Buying bottled water can be expensive and if you don't recycle the bottles then you are filling the land fills with bottles and that is unnecessary. Filters are the best way to get your eight glasses of water. Buy a thermas and fill it with filtered tap water and you will be fine throughout the day.

I don't drink enough water and it is interesting to find out that I am cold all the time because I don't drink enough water.

  • Great videos Natalie. I drink a lot of Perrier lime flavoured carbonated spring water. It contains 3 mg of sodium per 250 ml. Would you consider this a reasonable substitute for pure water?

  • Natalie you have got such a sexy brain

  • I weigh 140 pounds, so I should drink 1986.25ml (about 2 litres) of water according to your equation. Now my question is, what if I drink 500ml of orange juice, 1000ml of pomegranate juice, 500ml of aloe vera juice, and no water by itself; does this compensate for the 2 litres of water that I need to drink in one day, or do I need to drink water by itself?

  • The answer is NO, this is a misconception by many people. No one knows for sure why this is, however these juices are not naturally deriving. The exposed sugar in these juices have de-hydrating agents, so overall your taking in calories and losing water. there is no substitution for water, some solutes are fine, but tea, coffee, juice, pop etc is a no no! if your dependent on it that is

  • 100% Pomegranate, Aloe Vera, & Orange juice are naturally derived though, aren't they? But thank you very much for letting me know that these juices don't hydrate my body, and that I need to specifically drink 2 litres of water every day.

  • If you cant see through it, dont count it :P

  • is it true that it is not good to drink while you eat? only before or after?

  • Actually I started drinking "just" water last week, Ive been running to the bathroom like crazy but I have noticed I get fuller quicker and no headaches :D

  • Really good information! Flouride kills bacteria in the mouth, plus the good bacteria in our guts. Bottled water is ok, but better tap water is what we should be striving for.

  • buy a brita pitcher. you can fill it with tap water, and it filters out flouride and other additives in tap water to make it as pure as the filter can.

  • I'd be surprised if it took the fluoride out.

  • why would you want the fluoride out? is it not added for teeth etc?

  • tip: if you dont have a tap , fill a jug and let the water sit over night. This seems to release the chlorine at least. Try it , taste the before and after.=D

  • Actually your correct, the chlorine is lighter than water so it evaporates into the air over night. That still won't purify the water for minerals and metals though.

  • yeah , I meant to say 'if you don't have a tap filter' . I say 'at least' meaning its better than drinking tap to mouth.

  • @psychetruth or just get a distiller :) sure it costs about 100 bucks but its worth it imo.

  • @psychetruth Distillation and reverse osmosis are the most effective methods? These are the two I use.

  • Can you do a video for the best foods for high school and college athletes

  • is tap water safe? in the UK the has been a lot of coverage in the press about tap water quality improving........

  • I'm not a doctor or anything, but i think in turns of bacteria and viruses if the water taste fine it should be alright. Assuming you are a healthy person and if there's heavy metal in the water it is better to avoid it. Also if there's too much chlorine it will taste bad.

  • Hint Essence water is also awesome. It has zero calories, sugar, and sodium. It's available in absolutely amazing flavors like pear, apple, raspberry-lime, pomegranate-tangerine, tropical punch, cucumber, mango-grapefruit, lime, and of course, plain old spring water. It is all natural and non-carbonated (not matter which flavor you choose!). Try these, especially if you hate the "taste" of water. Just don't reach for a soda!

  • I hate water. I know it's so important, but I just have this thing with hating how water tastes. Luckily on my trip to Washington state I found this amazing tea called Market Spice (highly recommend to anyone reading this... just Google Market Spice tea b/c it is the most delicious tea in the world) and that helps me get a lot more water in me. But what I am wondering is do you have any tips for learning to enjoy water if you really aren't into the taste too much.

  • Tip : I got both a Jug filter and Faucet filter. This double filters your TAP water and it tastes nice. Natalie could benefit from some research in the effects of Packaging/transport/advertising, not to mention refuse . Just for 20 or so ounces of water? Some designer plastic or glass bottles?

  • Smart water is a scam BTW.

  • That is too true.

  • it is?

  • I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I buy the milk jugs of either Meijer brand ($.98) or Ice Mountain ($1.15)and drink them. I personally always drink "natural spring water" as opposed to their "drinking water" which has added crap in it like fluoride.

  • i've found by experience that water does infact, help you lose weight. tap or bottled, it doesn't matter. i've lost 30 pounds just because of switching to water, rather than drinking milk, juice or whatever it maybe. i also bought one of those pure life 1 pint bottles and fill it up many times a day and carry it around with me where ever i go. it works. don't waste your money on pills, shakes and powders. weight loss is closer than you think.

  • Ummm, does that include tap water or refrigererator (spelling error) water? I always drink those two.

  • "Fiji water"? Transporting water from across the world requires a lot of energy (including the burning of fossil fuels). I think healthy eating should coincide with living sustainably. As Peak Oil continues to cause everything connected to oil (which is virtually everything) to increase in cost, including food, I suggest looking into buying locally grown food (find a farmers market!), or even better, learn to grow your own food. Eating locally grown food will reduce your grocery bill.

  • is there a better type of water (i mean spring water, or purified) because for some reason i like purifed water better than spring water...(or is there no preferance)

    thx.

  • i can't wait to start a water fast. i've been eating a lot this week and having a really big appetite.

  • Use carbon block water filters.

TAP water is deadly STAY AWAY FROM IT !

If you system is acidic, your prone to diseases if you have an alkaline based system your disease resistant.

POP-tap water-ALL prescription non prescription drugs-sugar-Nutrasweet products- and many the chemical additives in most your grocery food store products.. cause your system to be acidic and prone for disease.

PURE water is so incredible a medicine.

ALSO disease cant survive in an oxygen rich environment.

  • distilling water does not take the life out of water. first of all most people do not know what water is, do you? yes/no... ahh ill let you know, its H2O. if there is a mineral in water its not true water, remember H2O = water anything added to it then the structure changes and technically its not water. also for people wanting to know, we get our minerals from the food we eat. we do not need to get them from water.

    cheers!

  • But according to what was said, we can only properly digest and absorb the minerals from the food we eat, if we have enough water in our body to do so.

  • Im still surprised that people dont already know you can BUY filtration systems. Like its some new FUTURISTIC technology. Duh there are filters, the problem is the useless plastic bottles people buy for WATER....WATER...its FREE, but a re-usuable bottle and a filter and youll be fine. Convenience is not a reason to drink bottled water, thats the excuse a lot of people use. Didn't mean to attack you, just didnt like you PUSHING BOTTLED WATER.

  • I thought your video was great. UNTIL you started talking about BOTTLED WATER. DO SOME RESEARCH, BOTTLED WATER is NO BETTER than tap. why pay for something that is free. Watch our video, "What's Tappening?" Dont be part of the problem
