End Fannie and Freddie and the FED...Fact is houses are still stupidly over priced..Lower prices and we wont need an 8000.00 dollar bribe from the Gov to buy a house. End the tax credit and raise rates...We would rather pay a higher rate for an affordable house than to pay an artificially low rate for an inflated house price...We will not buy until this comes to pass.
