  • even if the Republicunts did not agree with the bill they could have at least talked about it rather than just walk away without even a discussion.

  • me oops

  • trick me once shame on u trick me twice shame on u trick me three time shame on u.

  • Santorum is decent republican but if mit or newt has any chance in hell of being the next president i will completley lose any confidence in america.

  • with exception to ron paul and he is a libertarian.

  • gay marriage and abortion is the only reasons I could see anyone voteing not voteing democrat on all other stances they own the republican party on all debates.

  • That's only because the Namblacrats raised these taxes so goddamn high in the first place.

If the democrat party gave shit about the working class family they would stop the games and give Gop members the means to invoke PERMANENT tax cuts. And you pay for the cuts with LESS spending. What a tragedy after 2 whole fucking years all of Congress (except for retiring fugitives) needs to be thown out yet a second time.

  • the right wing party of "no". "hell no you can't". republicans, bought and sold, just like the corporate puppets they truly are. purposely sabotaging the economy, ruining millions of lives for political theater.

nancy pelosi said it best when she wondered aloud what the working class ever did to republicans.

  • Michael Fitzpatrick (R-PA) is an embarrassment to the House of Representatives, to the whole Congress, and to the USA. His constituents ought to recall his sorry ass.

  • Our government has been bought by the super wealthy.

  • @x0PUNKER0X go back to your occupy tent, lozer

  • @TheFriendlyRoach: Considering how much of an effect the OWS movement has had, I would say you people are the losers. Wake up and see that you are doing nothing but support Wall Street fatcats.

  • @x0PUNKER0X the OWS "movement" had only one effect: to show that there are some giant losers and criminals loose on the streets wasting away their lives because they're lazy, envious and stupid

  • hey, they cut out the part when the guy yelled, "MR. SPEAKER! MR. SPEAKERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

  • 美国工人阶级,团结的斗争,美国工会强大的号召力,影响世界工运的发展。American working class, united struggle, the powerful appeal of the U.S. labor unions affect the development of the world labor movement.

  • No one spends money like the drunken sailor spending of the Republicans over the last decade. By contrast the Dems are responsible.

  • America's only real enemies are Republicans.

  • @dizzymasekela NO! America's real enemies are politicians from BOTH parties who sell themselves for profit thinking not about the rights and wellbeing of The People! For too long Americans have fallen prey to the stupidity of a switching two party system. That system is now being put into question and we have a historical chance to get rid of the HYPOCRITS!

  • Thanks, Nancy, for showing this to the public. Republicon cowards!

  • Hard to take anything serious coming from Nancy "we got to pass this bill to see whats in it " Pelosi

  • IT IS OK! MOVE ALONG! NOTHING TO SEE HERE! NO NEED TO MONITOR THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN! WE'RE DOING IT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

  • Do you people understand what you are looking at? C-SPAN, The Most Boring Channel On Cable Networks, Was CENSORED By The House Speaker (Republican) Because They Did Not Want What Was Being Said To Be Known To The Public And The American People -

  • Ron Paul would advocate "freeing" the corporations to enslave you and poison your environment. I guess that's okay with you.

  • The worst thing is Paul's hands off govt policies would allow multi national corporations to completely take over. Congress is already close to being completely corporate bought.

  • Stooopid demokratz thynk thiz videyo izz reelll

  • Comment removed

  • Wake up people...its a mfing farce...they all work for the same bankers.WAKE UP

  • Hey, thanks a lot Mike Fitzpatrick. Thanks for walking away from the middle class.

  • The speaker walked off like a boss!

  • @Cuddlebunzzzz taking handouts? Do you have any idea what I and other students have to DO to get those scholarships? Obviously not and I can tell your dumb ass has never earned a scholarship. How stupid can you be, "taking handouts like a leech", apparently that stupid. Google before you tweet dipshitbunzzzz

  • It is customary to not speak anymore when the hammer is put down.

  • @MineKraftDude: It is also customary not to insult the President while he's speaking and the Tea Party is guilty of that.

  • @larryboso relax this is a fake video

  • @judyleasugar97 haha hahaha hahahahagahhsshshahahaha "no one ever got rich on their own" jaggahahaha. Not only did that have nothing to do with, but didn't make sense either.

  • We paid that guy just to walk off...

  • @MrEuphoric1 hold your horses Sherlock, did you get all that from my username? Well you're right! I don't have a wife, and I do live with my parents. But I'm sure that's normal for a high school senior who doesn't need a job at the moments thanks to the scholarships I've earned for the college I've already been accepted to. All based on merit. Btw your ">>" is pointing the wrong way.

  • @aw4991 so you're taking scholarships like a lazy liberal bum? why don't you get a job and earn the money to go to college instead of taking handouts like some welfare leech.

  • @nitwitromney oh republicans shun hardworkers? Then explain why obama is passing bills that tax the rich, you know, the Americans who worked hard and smart to attain their wealth?

  • @aw4991: No one ever got rich on their own. There are a lot of hard working employees behind them. Time to treat the employees decently.

  • @aw4991 Democrats have a majority in the Senate, not the House. We currently have a divided Congress.

  • @mrprams1 you do realize democrats have the majority in congress right?

  • @felya420 so you're saying those people were preyed upon by the banks and had no choice when they defaulted on their loans?

  • Fucking fat greedy republican bastard. These republicans sons of bitches are what's wrong with this country. All of them are fat cats who won't bother to get shit done cause they would rather go breast feed from the mothers at age 45.

  • GOP SHUNS HARDWORKING AMERICANS, PREFERS CENSORSHIP.

  • People you need to chill out when talking with each other. There is no reason for all this hatred. We are all people.

  • What bothers me more about all this is the bill they are trying to pass that will allow them to manipulate the net?

  • I came here to see John B walking off as the article said he did? And here I do not see him walking off? Myself, I would like to see the entire video first before placing my trust in corrupt medias we have now. What led this up to this point?

  • And people who complain that they try and find a job and can't are honestly not looking hard enough you could have a job if you actually tried looking by the way people who complain about others being rich who cares I'm sorry but as i recall life isn't fair and you make your own luck so get over this democrat is just trying to make the speaker look bad I'm sure the speaker has addresses this question and doesn't want someone taking up his time to bother him like some dumbass democrat

  • @Invisoman11 UNTIL you "gitch you soma edumucation" and can converse with proper grammar, and sentence structure (while ACTUALLY contributing to the discussion) maybe you should leave the debates to the adults. And as a side note, PUNCTUATION IS YOUR FRIEND. USE IT. DUMB-ASS.

  • @Invisoman11 I guess you are the sort of person that elects these people into office. You know, the sort of mentality that finds people complaining about not finding jobs on the internet as ineffective, while almost in same breath defending a politician who literally walked off his job. Maybe if people stood up for those who don't have jobs instead of those who walk off their jobs, we might be in a better place as a country. He had more important things to do than his job? Really?

  • I honestly don't care if you were laid off for "no reason" complaining about it on the internet isn't going to help you get a job and people who complain

  • @Invisoman11 you are complaining about people complaining. While you are simply complaining for seemingly no reason but others complaining, the people you are complaining about are doing so because they lost their jobs. Are you familiar with a term 'self awareness'?

  • Looks like the Keystone Pipeline has already caused some serious environmental damage... To the Republican landscape.

  • Corporations get your hands out of the taxpayer's pocket! We fight tooth and nail for a tax break and you get huge subsidies! The going tax rate for these Wall Street fat cats is 16 percent!

  • Pay the consequences instead of faltering back on others to foot your bill and blaming political parties for your problems. Fuck America.

  • @aw4991 >>Says the loser with no career, no higher education, no spouse, and who lives with family or friends. YOU KNOW I AM RIGHT, BUT I BET YOUR SAD ASS CANT ADMIT IT.

  • @aw4991 I, nor the vast majority of Americans cannot afford the sort of lobbying that banks have. We do not have the funds to get the Glass–Steagall Act reinstated. We do not fill the pockets of politicians to the same extant as people who's direct actions and pay offs got us into this mess. With the way America is divided and the real cause of economic issues is blurred by lobbying, there is little else most people can do but blame and complain about politicians who's salaries they pay.

  • Nice audio overlay, almost made this video look legitimate. it's neither partys' responsibility for the millions who spent irresponsibly and took loans and credit they couldn't pay back. But its both partys' responsibility for not letting THEM take the hit. Instead, everyone is paying for someone else's mistakes. That's socialism, this is supposed to be a capitalist country where if you fuck up your finances then YOU

  • @aw4991 pay consequences? How about reinstating the Glass–Steagall Act? Deregulation of which allowed banks to be owned by the same corporation which owned insurance companies that set ratings for loans. You know, the very thing that encouraged predatory landing because the same corporation owned banks that pushed failing loans as well as the insurance company that rated those loans as AAA for resale. Guess what happens when a bank fails, but is owned by the same corporation insuring it?

  • Landslide for the libs in 2012

  • @joerslick1 or at least it would be if people were watching this instead of Jersey Shore and videos of kittens.

  • @joerslick1 It will be a landslide alright, They'll have their ass sliding right out of Washington in record numbers. This next election is going to make the landslide between Reagan and the previous worst president in history look like a walk in the park.

  • I would have started cussing him out while he was walking away.

  • When people are trying to make changes on the base of mutual cooperation of others call him socialists ...Republicans are nuts..all of you

  • The Republicans are only interested if the tax cuts are for the top 2% (mega rich) Americans and corporations. What a bunch of retards. Amerca is going down the toilet. Thank the Republicans for that...

  • Who cares about senior citizens. They are already getting way more than they paid into the system. When my generation gets older, we're not going to get any gov funded benefits like Medicare and Medicaid. Screw the greedy old people and their lobbyists AARP...

  • @PakaloloSwami You don't have a fucking clue what you are talking about. The average Social Security Check is $754.00 a month. You don't get it until you are 65, and ELIGIBLE. So lets see, Aprx: 47 years of working for most people before they are 65 years old. So with the SS tax rate around 1.5 to 4.2 percent from the 70's to 2011, you do the math. IF YOU CAN COUNT. Read up a little bit before you make a comment that shows everyone exactly how bad your parents failed you.

  • @MrEuphoric1 You know I was reading the comment here and I have to say? Is this how you speak with people? Do you really have to talk with people like this? Because it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, there is no need to speak to people this way, This is why everyone is wanting to kill each other. If you cannot control you;re temper, then maybe you should ask yourself if you're parents have failed you? Chill out dude, life is too short to be this angry!!!

  • @DreidMusicalX it's like people with political bumper stickers that drive horribly. All I can think while seeing it; even if I do agree with you, you are really making me rethink my point of view.

  • @felya420 I just think we can all talk with each other with respect even if we do not agree on all points. No one is going to have all the right answers in life either. How can we when all our views are so many and so opposite? We are not all the same. That is what makes us different in life. Hell, can you imagine if we were all exactly the same? We all might as well live in a prison cell. with 4 walls, no movement, and no sound... Keep thinking. Its good to do always with respect for others!

  • Thumbs up for Republicans! .... no?

  • America: We Are Fucked!

  • Stupid ass republicans.

  • "The demagogues are the mob's lacqueys." - Diogenes Laertius

  • Isn't the whole Republican Platform about cutting taxes? The government works for the people, the people isn't suppose to pay for a government that can't even do their job like pass a bill or even vote on it.

  • Hmmm weird last name.. Speaker...

  • This is just rhetorical and demagogic shit.

  • Republicans opposed the tax cuts to the rich to expire but didn't give a shit about the tax cut to the middle class?

Fuck the Reich Wing in this country....when they are the minority they dont allow anything to pass using the filibuster.

We need ACTUAL Socialist to represent the working class.

  • A tax cut should cost the government nothing as long as there is a reduction in spending.

  • WAHAAA WAHHAAAAAA sniff snif boooo hooooooo Oh poor baby you can;t handle NOT getting your way!

One question for the monitory leader

IN AMERICA ARE WE ALL EQUAL?

If yes then why is it fair to tax someone must MORE than someone else! Ms. Pelosi is a Christian (as she has so as much) so would JESUS tax someone more than another and Jesus said to love one another the SAME, Any EYE for An EYE God once said and DO ONTO others as you would have be done to you!

STOP this CLASS WELFARE WAR nonsense

  • We are born with EQUAL RIGHTS, but we are not born with EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. There are communities that are living in poverty. Most of them were BORN into those financial situations, while a majority of the GOP in the House and Senate were BORN into WEALTHY families. It is fair to tax those born with million dollar trust funds because we should strive to be a nation that offers EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. I think Jesus would stand for that.

  • @icetman Equal to be unequal. Selfless and charitable you are not. You pick and choose your "holy book's" words... flitting between the terrifying tribal ways of the Old Testament and the few and inconsistent truths of the New as you please so you can say "Jesus, or God -- or whoever or whatever else people fleetingly worship like pagan idols -- supports me."

Let's hope your Jesus forgives you for ignorance of "his" book and ways, and actual moral reason as well.

  • @nervdamaj I couldn't agree with you more. They are laughing in our faces and we are just letting them do whatever the hell they want with us. Jesus Christ my dog would be a better candidate!

  • ofcourse they have to make a huge profit off the American people. After all they don't go to bed thinking about how the hell they will pull money out of their ass to pay the rent next week.

  • It stinks being in the minority, huh Nancy?

  • Everytime I see one of these videos, it always seems like 50% of congress is always not there. lol

  • These guys all do it to each other! Democrats do it to Republicans and visa versa!!! So none of this crap impresses me

  • No wonder nothing gets done. They all act like a bunch of fucking four year olds.

  • @TheRagtagChicken No, they aren't acting like a bunch of four year olds. That implies that both sides did something wrong. But it was House Republicans who tried to obstruct a tax cut extension for every working American, and eventually they relented to pressure from the Democrats and both Dems and Reps in the Senate.

  • He still spoke

  • @gjheath99 That oil is going to the Texas Gulf Coast. Where it will be refined, the pollution sent in to the Texas air, and the refined oil will be sent to other parts of the world. The oil isn't for America. It's for the global market. God, you people are stupid.

  • @getplaning Wow, we actually still export something? I guess we better stop and close a few of the refineries. I am sure all those people that work there would be glad to find a job elsewhere. Second, we have over 140 refineries in this country and right now every refinery in Texas is pretty much running at capacity. So, all the oil is not going to Texas to be refined.

  • A little team work would be nice, and this goes to both parties. The kindergarten my way or the highway attitudes have to go.

  • Illuminati

  • and we voted for these people to run our country? the fuck?

  • @welcome2myhell You must be that one person that still watches Chris Matthews show and can actually find the channel that Keith Olberman is on now.

  • @ShaneBuff And the Pipeline is not in the Senate bill? And what is so controversial about the pipeline? The route? Oh yea, they agreed to re route it. I guess you are cool with us continuing to get our oil from the middle east rather than here or Canada.

  • @gjheath99 I'm cool w/all that recession-relieving $3TRILLION SURPLUS we retained, due to the Bush Administration keeping us from fighting an unjustified war in Iraq!

    Oh, wait a minute...

  • @dukenthaylor You mean the Iraq war that 111 congressional democrats voted for and spoke up for like Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and Ted Kennedy? I guess Bush just fooled them all. Does that make Bush smart or them dumbasses? I would also like to know what school you went to and learned math. Maybe I could learn how a $236 billion surplus in 2000 translates into a $3 trillion surplus.

  • @gjheath99 Clearly, it makes Bush EVIL and the 111 Democrats and 300 million American (including you; else, where the fuck were you?) TRUSTING!

Does that make YOU smart or a dumbass?

Clearly, we went to war over Bush/Cheney's disinformation.

    Clearly, the wars cost $3TRILLION.

Clearly, If we DIDN'T go to war, we'd have that money in SURPLUS!

Clearly, you DON'T understand ANY of that!

    Clearly, YOU'RE the dumbass! LOL!

Clearly, you COULD learn from my school! XD

  • @dukenthaylor Clearly you have not watched our government operate for the past 50 years. If you think we would have $3 trillion less of debt, you are dilusional. Clearly if Bush and Cheney were that smart to suggest that we go to war based on weapons of mass destruction that were not really there, they would have been smart enough to plant something there? I am sure that Bush's plan was to get re-elected, come up with a reason to declare war, invade Iraq & find nothing.

  • @gjheath99 WTF are you talking about?

No war would = $3T in the BLACK, not red! Basic acct'g, G!

Clearly YOU haven't watched the WH, CONGRESS and the MILITARY operate, if you think that ANY of them have EVER conspired to go to ANY war just to find nothing! "Suggest" we go to war? They DID go to war! In 2003! BEFORE he WAS "re-elected!" WMDs? NOT really there! Later they DID "find nothing!"

What else did they do? NOT PULL OUT!

Why? BUSH DID HAVE A PLAN:

    PROFITEER, AND GET THE OIL!

  • @dukenthaylor What am I talking about? Good thing we got all that oil, the price of gas has only gone up 100% in the past 4 years. And in case you haven't noticed our government does operate under the rules of basic accounting, IE the baseline budget. No company operates that way. If congress was not spending $3T on a war they would be dumping it somewhere else, that money would be as gone as Osama Bin Laden.

  • It's all bs

  • What the hell is wrong with C-Span and Lowe's? GOD, they suck!

  • @TheUNRIVALED1

GOP are the cowardly pussies here! DEMS are the ruling dicks!

Tho, the PokEES and PokERS are BOTH sore from recent events! LOL!

  • i will, not everybody defines his life by the shit he can buy. i know this is incomprehensible to most americans

  • Why do these people claim the Dems need to "compromise?" All the Repubs want to do is castrate the bill, and pretty much everything their rivals propose, so they can keep their ridiculous salaries. This isn't fooling me and I hope it isn't fooling the rest of you!

  • neither party wants anything to change. they are both happy with the status quo. the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. it's clearly a joint effort to maintain the stagnation this country currently rests in. they take turns villifying one another and doing nothing. everything they need to do has already been done. they are all a cancer and this system is broken.

  • N there already building pipelines. Get ur facts from the afghan guy

  • Fox lies.

  • LMAO! I remember when dems were doing this to republicans. These people just hate each other. Americans should vote all of them out.

  • @Spikey James If democrats want this tax extinsion why wont they accept the year long tax benefit? Im not saying that it will instantly create more job but it will deffinately help more americans in the long run because the bad ecconomy will last more than 2 months. And besides we COULD have a LARGE oil pipeline that will create 10,000 jobs and NO i DID NOT get any FACTS from FOX

  • What a fucking piece of sh*t politicians we have. FUCK THE TEA PARTY REPUBLICANS.

  • Dicks.

  • Comment removed

  • i just farted

  • acting like fucking 10 year old kids...

  • posted by nancy pelosi ?? wtf ah oh well ppl must understand whos in charge its the rothchild bankers they own the united states soon we will be there goyim slaves

  • Fucking politics....HOW DO THEY WORK???

  • I think there approval rating is -10% now.

  • holy shit!!.. House GOP turns there back on the poor and middle class.. LITERALLY!! this is outrageous!!

  • @Roadiepat Ya, it's the first time that's ever happened...

  • Overall OBAMA needs to get outta office! nough said!

  • What, you think anyone on the right is going to "fix' things. You right wingers have a short memory, considering it was Bush and his cronies who drove the economy in a ditch in the first place...By granting huge corporate tax breaks during a time of war..."something that has never happend in U.S. history"... Although I dont car much for either party at the moment...thinking a republican is going to "help" is like expected a american made product in Wallmart..isnt going to happen.

  • the snow make it less boring

  • Side note: Bank of America is the worst of all the banks. Move your money to another bank or credit union. Bank of Am is desperate and will find other ways besides debit cards to screw you. They are in serious trouble behind the scenes, and may crash within the next 2 months.

  • Why would the Republican's want this guy to be the Speaker of the House? His disdain for the middle class is unbelievable. Come on Ohio! We know you can do better than this guy.

  • @gjheath99 Or that they HELD UP CONGRESS for only 50 jobs...

  • @gjheath99 Or their LIE that the Keystone Pipeline will add *20,000* "direct" jobs...

when the REALITY is that it can add ONLY *50* JOBS?

Failed to mention that, TOO, I noticed!

  • @TheRvrdiva Yep! 4th and Christmas from their own Keystone Pipe-line,

and, rather than save position (and face) by punting to an offense that, out of character, showed much more "punch" than in the recent past,

or call up a winning play (they never have one),

the Republican Teabaggers try to get an offsides call against the underdog Democrat 99ers.

But when comeback kid Dems showed an all-out BLITZ,

guess which QB lunched on a T/O to fumble the snap in a Braveheart-like disaster?

  • My fellow Americans! Behold: Your HARD-EARNED tax dollars...

hard at "work"...at NOT HARDLY working!

  • @dukenthaylor No doubt but that's what you get when you vote in as president the darkest stain the US has ever known.

  • @stargroove4 No doubt the dark grease marks from President Reagan's hair have nothing to do with this Speaker Pro-Tempore walking off the job so the Speaker already absent from the job didn't have to do THAT day what Obama already bent him over and reamed him into doing the NEXT day, which was capitulate like a little turned-out, chicken-shit ho-bitch on the Tax Holiday!

At least he didn't CRY like a girl this time! But, then again, by now he's USED to Obama's bein' in dat' AZZ! XD

  • 1:22 - REALLY, C-SPAN?

Blocking constituent access to their ELECTED representatives?

*IN THE MIDDLE* OF *CONDUCTING* GOVERNMENT BUSINESS?

    .

    Since when did C-Span...become *R-Span???*

  • Google: donald trump is an idiot

  • Oh the irony of walking off the floor to refuse a vote, cutting the C-Span feed, walking out to the press and announcing you are there to work. Oh the irony of acting as if you are on a disconnected island from the Senate and had NO IDEA they negotiated for a 2month time period. Shove that up your keystone pipe because in this era the FACTS WILL NOT BE OBFUSCATED. Cut all the live feeds you want, we are always watching you! GREAT JOB ON THE FLOOR DEMS!!

  • Term Limits , Term Limits on all of em.

  • Where was Boehner? How do those bastards (on either side of the aisle) get away with being absent when the House is in session? I pay my taxes, but I don't have a representative in the legislature... didn't we fight a revolution over that? Maybe it's time for a new revolution?

  • They left because Dems wanted to kick the can down the road and only extend the tax cut for 2 months... just long enough for them to get their holiday break in. Repubs wanted to extend it for the full year. How about you read before you rant. Dear god the ignorance in this country is palpable.

  • collierback!! What does Nancy Pelosi have to do with this??????

  • @dog68691 Umm, she posted this crap?

  • Nancy Pelosi is an idiot and needs to retire for the love of country.

  • All you folks claiming that the Democrats are opposed to extending the tax cut for a full year: you DO realize it was the Republicans that refused to pass a full year extension in the Senate, right? The House Democrats are doing the best they can with what the GOP handed them, and to claim that it's the GOP that wants a longer extension is ignoring how we ended up in this mess to begin with. The Senate's gone home and they ain't coming back. Repubs need to quit whining about the bill they made.

  • You dumbshit repubs think you can dress up a return to the 1800's by including it in a year long tax refund that everyone wants. We are not going to stand for massive pollution, a potential destruction of a large part of our watershed and breaks for billionaires. Stop kowtowing to your corporate overlords, grow a pair and do the
