i got a 5 Audio Language rip and it said 1440 by 1080 and that is 16:9 but when i watch it its 4:3

i like to watch Full Screaned videos on my psp and i was happy when i found it in blu ray cuz it would be 16:9 so if anyone bought the Blu Ray can they conferm this for me
