  • this is great, we would truly need this because we are going to be starving our asses of...

and know I cant even trust the food they give to us

  • tobacco is easy to grow if you start them inside and even faster if you dont cover the seeds with soil when doing so,

well planned and kept up two 30 ftx3deep or 4 15 ftby 3deep each,, rows should yield 5-10k cigs might even make a half ass decent fence

I already have gardens, but want a 4 season GH, will likely have solar panels within a year or 2, one step at a time.Peace!

  • sounds friggin awesome.

  • hey another thing I wanted to tell you, watering and spraying the foliage of your plants with compost tea helps to prevent pests. It's all about the soil being organic and healthy, no synthetic shit like miracle grow and whatnot, im sure you know, you must be reading..and companion planting is THE BEST! It isn't 100% ,but my garden was highly successful because of that method alone. I can send you a good link for quick reference to companion plants. Do you own your home/rent?

  • I'll make you a vid from my real channel, trying to keep the "serious" stuff there..im just playing at the moment lol.

  • own. thats some good info. would love the link. =)

  • search for native american tobacco or indian tobacco. There are cigarettes that are made by Native Americans. American Spirit is cool, though.

By the way, the original Native Americans didn't use tobacco the way "we" use it today.

  • nice video

    peace

    kriss

  • compost plies, no lemons or orange peels, I think I might of seen a orange peel there? And a tip if you don't mind, roses love banana peels, they give off potasium which roses love. We also made a fence with roses and barberry, they all have thorns.then one day we noticed 3 of the 7 bushes had been cut!

Tabacco, check out a co-op in the south, you have to have alot of heat to grow b'acker,as they say in Tennessee.

  • sweet comment love tennessee!!! good peeps there! love the ideas. thanks. pe@ce.

  • I think i would have been not

to pleased about the roses, getting

getting cut like that.I have 2 pit bulls,

though i like all other dogs as well.

The dog's have tor into a few unwelcome

intruders .There best for first line

    surprise attacks, gives you the

few seconds you need, to draw

out your gun for further back up'

  • The key term for us is "Personal sovereignty"

  • BIG pat on the back and hug to you for not supporting the tobacco compaies. They are the number one shadow behind other industries that destroy the earth and run pharmacia. the NIH and World Health Organization charts show the decimation of forests and money all lead back to the tobacco cancer man. all the frogs know it. the bees know it, too. the birds would tell you if they could.

the truth is out there, scully.

learn to catch as much water as you can.

  • Um it's the idea of a Corporations period and the GAMBLING scheme known as the stock market

  • you are badass, woman.

ron paul is a good man.

  • i dont have a home so im screwed i guess

  • Me neither. I still live with my parents. Hey, we've got nothing to lose I guess

  • we have done alot of the same things you have done. one other thing we have is a couple of cloths drying racks for the winter.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!

  • Fight 2 LEGALIZE CANNABIS!!!

  • word.

  • :)> stay up!!

  • "You're a fool! Don't fuck around with my dog!" Love it. ;-)

What you are doing is very admirable and its good to see all the efforts you are making sister.

I am building 4x4 Garden boxes from a book I have been reading called square foot gardening. It is easy to set up and the benefit is less maintenance, no wasted fertilizers, etc. Its contained in a more compact and rich soil area. Its pretty cool. Looking at cost effective solar and wind power options as well.

  • thankjs matt. we got a long long way to go.

hopefully we will learn some shit and pass it on.

    pe@ce, brother.

  • I got the boxes rolling, now I got to get some summer veggies ans such going. ;-) Peace.

  • Just rolling my own smokes has helped in SOOOO many ways.

    1) Instead of smoking 20 cigarettes a day, I am now smoking only 4 or 5 because commercial cigarettes have nicotine inhibitors that make you want to smoke more.

    2) I'm rolling cigerattes only about 1/3 the size of commercial cigarettes and only smoking them half way through before I am COMPLETELY satisfied nicotene-wise.

    3) What would have been about an extra $3500 spent on cigarettes, can now be spent on drugs, hookers and booze!

  • lol love the hookers and booze addition lol...silly.

  • hehehe i know. funny chit, mon.

  • i agree with all you said here.

    hehehe on #3.

we are sending it back to more seeds, etc.

  • i have been doing alot to try to live more sustainably. consuming less, recycling more. basically living by reduce, reuse, recycle and doing many other things as well. nice video

  • EXCELLENT!!! ROCK ON.

    lead by example. =)

  • kick ass ,as usual Peace

  • ty man. ty. =)

  • Heh, Sublime...

  • heh... yep. =)

  • watch?v=_qJQCJp4ehc

  • rjb i'll make myself ski boards from the wooden planks of your grave's cross!

  • Do you have a neighbor with a tractor? would he dig your garden beds in exchange for a picnic? Do you have neighbors that dont really have a yard and you have extra room for them to plant and maintain a garden?the fee being free tomatoS?Barter trade negotiate.

  • hahahaha. you're a great comedian.

  • did you ever stop to think thats not how you do it? How to win friends and influence people is a good book and stop yelling nobody wants to listen to your ranting insults either put up or shut up.Now leave and come back when you can play nice. You appaer insane so just calm the fuck down and say what you mean without the insults.your message gets lost inbetween the insults and raving.

  • RBAY

  • i'll see you there:)

  • hey man. howz it goin?

    pe@ce.

i cant hear the idiots LOL

  • ive been told not to feed you, little mini-troll.

    the food stops here.

  • obsess much?

  • I've seen tobacco plants grown in England (in polytunnels). We were using the juice from boiling the leaves for stopping insect attacks. They are pretty cool looking plants. You would have to grow a lot do get any decent supply of cured leaf, so it's not really worth growing to smoke.

  • wtf are you talking about "cured leaf".. tobacco juice is poisonous! not very much but it'll still make you throw up. i once tried it on my cat hehehe

  • The cured (dried) leaf is what you smoke, the tobacco infusion is what you spray onto your other plants to keep the insects off em.

  • Nicotine is very lethal, that is why it works well as an insecticide.

  • It aslo kills the bees.Thats what Monsanto puts into their plants they genetically place nicotine into the whole plant when the pest eat the leaves they die.Soap and water kills insects with hard bodies(aka pests) Nicotine is poison save it for you dinner guests.

  • I've never heard of it effecting pollinators because these animals don't tent to eat the leaves of the plant. The nicotine does not find it's way into the nectar from spraying a tobacco infusion on the plant's leaves. Nicotine is toxic as are many other naturally occuring plant compounds, but it does not persist in the environment like synthetic pesticides such as DDT or organophosates.

  • soap and water suffocates them dish soap organic of course.tabacco is for The Most High and seeing clearly.(organic of course) oil soap such as murphies works good to, a cantalope rind(any rind) upside down attracts pests put down next morning destroy them. vinegar does indeed attract flies put it by your fruit trees and in places they disturb your animals.

dog food mixed with beer(organic please) drunks um and drowns them(put in tuna can, lots more if you want to know.just ask.

  • sorry bout that mini-troll poisonfume. hes been hanging out round my vids lately.

i hear you, but i still want to try ti for myself, just to see how to grow it and what not.

    pe@ce, friend.

the best definition of free man on the land.

minimal interaction with the state, maximum interaction with nature.

grow food, trade locally (without fiat currency), peaceful disobedience to the corporation and it's rules, individual responsibility, mutual co-operation.

    I LOVE IT.

Great to see it girl. I'll be putting up vids soon. xx

  • sounds great cant wait to see some new vids, t. pe@ce.

  • another great shrub to use as a hedge is blueberry bushes... the ones i have grow to 5 or 6 ft high and 4 or 5 ft wide.....

    chilly willy....

i already have my tobacco seeds, much to learn about that , but i'[m gonna grow and roll my own

  • have i told you lately how cool you are?

oh and the coop is almost done.

    gonna do a video.

    thansk for the inspiration, brother.

  • i'm kewl? when did that happen?

i'm an inspiration? wow how did this things happen, i'm jsut a humble tinkerer, i didn't do nothing

  • cut off the tv and get rid of cellphone.

  • hey. eonseed(dot)com has tobacco seeds, as well as many other species. all organic.

  • My yard is full of spiderwort (the blue flower plant around 1:00). There is a channel on here called EatTheWeeds that has a lot of good videos.

Cool video. Once my camera gets back from it's trip I will be making some vids to show what I am up to lately.

  • yea we have a lot of that spiderwort too. dave ate some of it in a video a couple of weeks ago. it tastes like snow peas?

  • I was talking to a guy a while back and he told me how when he was a kid they would take the flower, dip them in sugar, and eat them.

  • Great Idea's! Thanks for the inspiration.

  • ty. =)

  • Old washers are a cool find, the tub makes a great fire pit/barbecue and the gutted housing makes a pretty decent smoker.

Use local seeds if you can find them, otherwise don't be to discouraged on your first year garden, using seeds from that will make the next year way better. Growing tobacco is a great idea, plus tobacco plants/dust are a natural deterrent for keeping some kinds of bugs off your crops.

  • i think we are going to try that.

the washer thing. sounds really good.

  • stores(dot)shop(dot)ebay(dot)com(slash)Seedmart__W0QQ_armrsZ1

They have coffee and tobacco. Just search.

  • AWESOME THANKS MAN.

  • youll be a walmart greeter in no time

  • please make a response video.

  • i second that chit.

  • you are an inspiration and an example that we can all look to ! hey, as far as garbage (paper and cardboard waste) is concerned mushrooms and fungus can take care of that... they are even capable of breaking down complex chemical into harmless simple compounds. check it out... fungus are vital and essential to the health of any eco-system. i'll find some links and send em...

  • I love that freecycle website. Thnx, Cheri. =)

  • In Germany, they have days were whole villages will put out things / furniture that they don't want or need anymore. We Americans / Military called it Junkin'. The trash guys come hall it away, but anyone is free to get what they choose. I really enjoyed looking at all of the stuff. I couldn't believe what some people were throwing out!

  • junkin is awesome.

one mans trash is another mans treasure.

  • I was stationed over there '79-'83 and this is true. We got a tredle sewing machine and the little old lady got so excited when she saw us getting it she went upstairs and brought out parts and assessories for it. We couldn't understand a word, but we "got" how sweet & generous she was to us stranger/forgeigners! A great memory. We got lots of stuff, rugs and furniture and pans. It was great! And I couldn't believe the quality stuff we got.

  • that is too cool.

i think scavenging is the ticket man.

dave made the chicken coop from stuff we scavenged.

    too cool.

  • NIce! I've been trying to disconnect from the system but I end up spending even more, to buy the things I'll need to live without money when things get bad. You've seen my videos though. Mainly I'm paying off debt. I have about 900 on a credit card and 25k on my condo.

Often times a week goes by without my eating meat. Just a couple eggs in the morning and beans and rice for dinner (with a lot of fruit and fresh items).

got a bike & a 60mph 80mpg scooter for when gas gets expensive again.

  • One thing I'm grateful for is that I never started smoking. I went across the street with my cigarette back in 7th grade, and the cool kids kicked me out (literally), leaving me with a bruise or two to remember them by. Guess they didn't want any geeks contaminating their cool smoking spot. That kind of spoiled it for me and I never started smoking.

If there's anything that will keep those jerks from burning in hell forever, that's it.

I'm not down on you for smoking, I'm just glad I never did

  • Fraggin' A, right on guys! Nice video sister Cheri. Sweet stuff, and thanks for sharing! *****

  • thanks, drogo. =) nice to see you here, man.
