No don't feed it superworms they can bite feed it crickets and mealworms for a baby feed it 5 crickets 10 small mealworms for a adult feed it every other day
Actually its not. Meal worms have been known to cause impaction problems. And if you feel meal worms...you'll notice that their outter shell is a lot harder then a cricket's shell.
@greendayhieu A friend of mine had a tiger sally and it apparently died from impaction caused by too many meal worms. And in the video, an "expert" says that meal worms can cause impaction. I don't think he would have said it for nothing. :)
uhmm i dont have a tiger salamander but i just have one that is black and has like yellowish spots on the bottom of him and i dont really no wat to do and he is about 3-4 inches long.. help...ive been feeding him ladybugs becaouse i dont no waat else to feed it so plz comment me back.. or somthing!!
i know its been a while so u either let it go, figured out wut 2 do, or it died but earthworms are happily accepted by almost all reptiles and amphibians, tho large ones may need to be cut for that little guy
I feed my fat tail geckos 3 superworms about every week.. is that OK

@nerdyfatkid36 if they are adults you should be feeding that every other day, your starving them.
If they are babies as long as they are copped up, it's about right.
