    Elvis's magnificence lives forever.

  • Thumbs up who loves this song!

  • My Great Aunt had all these Elvis records and I found them...and this one (Heartbreak Hotel) is pretty awesome!

  • Can't thouch this.Really!

  • This song was an early RCA recording but it still very much had the sound and feel of his earlier Sun recordings.

  • i love this song heard for the first time that one summer in 2009 what a hot magical summer Ahhhh! !!! this song will remind me of that time so much fun !!!

  • Untouchable!!

  • excellent

  • Yeah Elvis!The Best!

  • One of my fave early El tunes. This is what I call a "raw" sounding song. And these pix fit it to perfection!! 500 stars.

  • It is available on The King of Rock 'n' Roll-The Complete 50s Masters, and Elvis 56, which is where this version is from.

  • Written by Jesse Stone. Elvis recorded it January 10, 1956 at RCA's New York City studios-his first commercial session for RCA. He also sang the song on The Louisiana Hayride, and the Dorseys Stage Show. Based on the strength of its appearance on the Heartbreak Hotel LP, it had a 5 week stay on the Billboard Top 100 chart, reaching #76. The single did not chart. It was the A-side to One-Sided Love Affair.

  • This is such a very outstanding and fun Rock 'N' Roll number and Elvis easily has the very best renditions of it. Elvis showed yet again here why he's the one and only King Of Rock 'N' Roll. This video was absolutely perfect in every way, 10 Stars as always Jackie.
