Hey.. here's an idea about the lips... make a black line on your bottom lip across matching the lines on the sides.. but not on the top lip.. and do the stitchs on the bottom lip only. Try it out.

for those using this if you want you can also completely hide your eyes using pure black sclera contacts. they cover the iris and the whites of your eyes so all you'd see is black. just a thought. warning though, if you go on a site to buy them, the little picture of the eye of someone wearing them looks like the eye of a demonic child. rather creepy. XD
