Team Fortress 2 Main Menu After Goldrush Update

Why does my main menu look NOTHING like this?

Mine looks like some weird pause screen with achievements at the top, find a game, manage items, and buy unlocks in the middle, and options in the bottom.

Anyone help me out?

so ..i`m new in this game! only have a day of playing! can u tell me how or when do u rise up weapon level from character info and setup? u goota make more achievements or what>? yestersday o got owned with a bonesaw lvl 10 doctor! right in the face! critical damage:D

You just have to do achievements - lvls are just idiotic gadget - They are alwas same.

You get new medic weapons when you complete a certain amount of achievements

i think that you will be able to unlock unique weapons, like the nail gun for the scout, or the dynamite for the demoman..

Now We are waiting for Engineer Update - maybe it will be better dispencer or another level of Sentry Gun...
