I can't believe the folks asking if that was catching too many crawfish. Me an my boy can eat that much in one sitting. Nice catch, I got me some traps out now, only problem is most of the ones we catch is white rivers, don't get many red swamps.

i wish the guy wouldve stopped moving them around with his hand, that was pissing me off. i wanted to see some crawfish trying to get out while the other ones pull them down. my favorite thing to watch when i was little was when my granny put a bunch of crawfish in the tub to clean them and they would try to get out but the others would pull them back down like some haters, its better to watch than crabs in bucket cause crabs move too slow when trying to get out. i guess all shellfish do this.

theres so many good ways to cook and eat them . either boil them and eat with a nice pepper lemon sauce. or like my mom does after its boil she peels a bunch of the tails and crushes and makes sushi with seasons and herbs. so good too.
