Hah, I have finally got my new computer and the game runs really fast (not 100% the whole time, but mostly), because I set the renderer from OpenGL to Direct3D 9.

ive got only an ATI radeon 3650 and the rest of my specs are the same as you...

my emulator slows down and speeds up hovering at around 95%-110%

if i upgrade my graphics card will this fix my issue or is the issue with the dolphin or windwaker .iso itself?

I don't know if upgrading it will be that easy since it's a laptop - + I would rather think dolphin needs more processing power to run it, not that the graphics are so big of a deal on GCN

Your processing power is the same as mine and it should be fine, but the graphics card is weak. Sorry. And its ALMOST impossible to replace a laptops graphics card :(

@hatwithfloppers well see the gamecube was clocked t 1.79 Ghz but if a "laptop" ran it or a mac they dont have the full procceser power so download a program called game booster it cleanse your ram and everything you but game up i get 20 more FPS

@ferretco yes, well it's a long time since i used dolphin now. But in the end i got it to 30+ fps. It is all about finding the right dolphin build and boosting your performance :)

your english isnt that bad. Dophin should help. Try getting a new ROM. They are updated each week. Hope this helps
