I can't imagine that they would freeze accounts and risk their business unless they're having financial problems and need to freeze accounts to bolster their cash holdings. I'm looking at alternatives, and plan on closing my account. Fortunately they only have 53.00 of my money now.
Ebay should divorce Paypal and use something legitimate like Propay (owned by Wells Fargo). If ebay wants to continue business they should jump off the paypal bus because its only a matter of time before paypal gets a major class action lawsuit.

PayPal is not great for buyers, either. True story: I ordered something from an online merchant and paid with PayPal. The item didn't come. I called PayPal and tried to open a complaint. They said to contact the seller first. I contacted the seller. He kept saying "it's shipping tomorrow." It never came. So, I tried to open a complaint again, but they said I couldn't because I have to do so within 45 days! 45 days??? WTF? So, now I only use credit cards to pay for PayPal so I can dispute it.

Those yellows you are referring to indeed sell junk a lot of times. The standard accounts or just an individual selling goods is more likely to sell you better quality.
Paypal sucks. This is a youtuber with 2000 subscribers talking. I ran an ebay business and donation website for homeless people in Pakistan. Paypal, aka shittiest customer rep business in the USA decides to limit all my accounts. Furthormore, after emailing them twenty times with legit ID, proof of donation receipts, etc... they tell me they are going to close my account. I looked online to see what type of bullshit this is. Turns out, theres a dedicated fan page againts Paypal, over 20K.
Everyone should make a copy of this video into DVD and send it to PayPal, I don't' think we're being loud enough. This is the worst kind of insult to their company, they need to watch this!
