No, more than likely a 'Strong A.I.' that rebelled would not be acting out of 'evil intentions', but more out of self-survival and need for resources. Search Youtube for 'The Second Renaissance' (2pts). It is a segment from 'The Animatrix', that gives the backstory for The Matrix Trilogy. The Second Renaissance gives but one example of how Strong A.I. might end up being a threat, -by our ignorance/hate.
