No, Xbox is like very highest settings for all effects on PC, but on a 720p resolution.

The average high end PC looks like shit compared to Xbox version, except perhaps running on a slightly higher res (as if this matter at all for overall impression)

A great game,fed up people moaning about being sniped though,why dont they shut up and use the cover instead of running into open spaces.

This and mwf2 are great multiplayer games but this just beats it due to more realism like blending into the environment,destructible buildings,great sound and most importantly...teamwork.

Black ops will have to be special to beat this,imlooking forward for vietnam;)

A console is technically a mini-pc, the only reason why they're smooth is because the games were fitted graphically and coded to fit a constant 60 fps, balanced out in a sense. PC's have more potential and literally makes the game itself, it is much more capable of gaming due to hardware variability. What really only matters is how the developers code the game itself for performance and optimization. Consoles are for those who just want to play, pc for those who want something more out of it.

I play BC2 on my computer with higher graphics, Anti-Aliasing x4, Anisotropic filtering x8 at a full 1920x1080p resolution and get 70-190 frames per second.

I know most people can't afford a great or even decent gaming computer but to say a computer will never run as smoothly as console is just plain stupid.

What do mean exactly? All new graphics cards display the same graphics. It's all about performance.

All the radeon 5000 series cards will dispay better graphics than the xbox but it's iffy if it will play that much better.

I didnt even bother buy the new MW2 addon maps, I havent even played MW2 since i got this game. Note: BBC2 released a free vip mappack unlike MW2.

MW2 are still riding out the success of MW1 which was amazing but MW2 has nothing on BBC2 and I mean nothing!

BBC2 game modes, destruction, graphics, sounds, sniper weapons are amazing and vehicles.

The squad setup is wicked too.
