  • my 3 year old cat, named tigger passed away yesterday because of fip

i hope they find a cure

    r.i.p tigger

  • My 8 month old kitten just died from FIP yesterday. oh god how I miss him )': Thank you for making this video. The word about this deadly disease needs to get out there to save the lives of many kittens and cats. follow me on my journey to inform the world about it as well: cure-fip.tumblr.com

  • How is Rolo?

  • My little Norwegian Forest Garfield, had got FIP too, and he is flighting it with Rolo...Since there isn't any cure for it, so I start trying something else. I put crystal in his drinking water, and hope it works...

  • 1.) Cat cured of FIP: My cat contracted FIP. His condition deteriorated until he, too, developed severe jaundice, was throwing up yellow bile, was dropping feces uncontrollably, and had lost so much weight he looked like a skeleton with fur. I made a tea by boiling one tablespoon of bupleurum root and one tablespoon of pau d' arco bark in two cups of water.

  • 2.) After boiling for ten minutes I turned off the heat and added one tablespoon of dried yarrow flowers and leaves and let it steep for about twenty minutes more. I strained the tea through a mesh strainer and poured it into empty medicine bottles with eyedroppers and refrigerated it. At first I gave my cat five one milliliter drops every 20 minutes straight into the back of his mouth. After two hours I administered the five drops every two hours for 24 hours.

  • I continued the treatment every few hours for two more weeks. He was pretty weak in the beginning of treatment, so I also crushed up a cat vitamin, mixed it with water, and fed him about 5ml twice per day until he started eating again. The jaundice gradually went away over a two week period. He recovered fully, regained his appetite, and is regaining weight. It looks like this incurable cat disease is no longer incurable.

  • So short-sighted to flag my post as spam. I have been collecting

cures on FIP for years and am willing to send it, free, to whomever emails me. There are multiple cures for FIP in cats.Interferon for FIP, one vet(Belfield) uses a MegaC protocol, etc. The best one is Transfer Factor Plus. If you thinks that's advertising TFP, it's not. TFP is really colostrum. Go to a health food store and buy colostrum- from first milkings- and give that then. TFP is in a base though and easier to give.

  • I lost both of my kittens to FIP several months ago. The first one had be be put down within a week of diagnosis, the other seemed fine for a couple of months but he eventually died too, even though the vets couldn't figure out if it was FIP or something else. If was frustrating that I was helpless to stop it from happening.

  • I lost my 7 month old kitten from FIP on February 7th, 2011. I still cry like I lost him this morning. He was such a wonderful animal and loved everyone. And I miss him so much. We tried so hard to help him. I'm so sorry for your loss. Rolo looked like an amazing animal and a loved family member. I wish we could a cure for this horrible virus.

  • Thank you all for your kind words! This is Andrew (Bald bloke in the video) Rolo has unfortunately lost his battle with FIP on 28.03.2011. Thank you everyone of your support we did everything we could.

  • My kitty just passed from FIP. This video brought me to tears. Good luck to you and Rollo. I truly hope that someday we can find a cure for this cruel disease that takes so many loved kittens away from us.

  • I just found out today that a kitten I was fostering and eventually got adopted by my sister has FIP, we are putting him to sleep tommrow morning! it's so devastating and sudden , I'm overwhelmed by sad emotions.

  • Thank you for your kind words Rolo is still fighting on. I'm so sorry for the loss of your babes I hope one day that FIP will be non existent it truly is a horrible disease

  • I wish you luck with your little guy. We lost 3 of our kitties last July from this awful disease, 2 were 2 months old and one was about a year and a half. We had no choice but to put one of them to sleep because it progressed so quickly. I hope you have better luck! The disease is awful. Make sure he knows he is loved!

  • Thank you how very interesting with you Domino I would love to speak to you my email address is nicholecowell@hotmail.co.uk thanks x

  • I am so sorry to hear about Rolo. I have a 10 year old cat Domino who also has FIP. Here is the thing. He was diagnosed in Jan of 2008. I noticed he had labored breathing one day and there was fluid in his lungs. I had to take him to and he had fluid drained off of both lungs. This was Jan 2008. The Vets told me that it would only make him comfy for a while and to bring him back for euthanisia when I was ready. He is still here. We have been thru so much. Would love to discuss with you!

  • Thanks I have bought the e-book today and am reading through i have emailed Dr Addie for advice.

    Thanks for your kind words

I will posting videos of his progress weekly

  • I bought Dr Addies' e-book and donated to the Winn Feline Foundation. FIP is horrible.. I lost my beloved 5 year old indoor cat to FIP. I still cannot understand how it happened.

I wish your Rolo all the best with his fight against FIP.
