Normally Kevin would have laughed it off or even agreed, however Ray set the tone in such a negative way by saying 'what do you want?' as soon as Kevin picked up the phone. After Ray made that comment, Kevin hung up. It was a very short interview. Ray came across as mean-spirited. Kevin is a true gentlemen, who handled things in such a classy way. I like him even more now. I hope this helped.
