  • That store must hate you.

  • hello im still a kid any tips on losing weigh? is it healthy to eat popcorn without any oil, butter,or salt?

  • isnt beer made from hobs and grains such as barley, just a thought

  • Dude i dont get why so many people hate you? They should thank you for making this vid and teaching people how to live healthier..

  • @IDoItBig94 It comes with the territory my friend. And it's not many. I get tons more of positive remarks from people I've helped to achieve a better state of health than the morons making negative, ignorant remarks. People that surf around looking to be negative have character flaws which show through their hateful comments. Doesn't bother me in the least. Your typical hater knows nothing about health and fitness.

  • @totalhealth4life hey man ur in great shape for ur age but cos ur now in ur 50's hav u had to decrease the intensity of ur workouts cos ur not as young and energetic or are u still as strong and fit as u were wen u were younger?

  • @sportsfiend12 Just turned 57 and in the best shape of my life! It's because I keep learning and refining my health regimen through exercise, supplementation and diet. I virtually learn a few new things EVERY DAY. It's why I put out my biweekly newsletter to pass on the knowledge! Age is a state of mind. I still push over 1000 lb on the leg press and my strength is better than it ever has been! I still get better every year.

  • @totalhealth4life ur an inspiration man. im 19 and hav been developin my fitness and strength for about 3 years and ive noticed an insane improvement since i first started my serious workouts, but now i wanna focus on improving my nutrition and these grocery vids are very useful and shed light on the food game. cheers

  • @sportsfiend12 This video is the tip of the iceberg! subscribe to my site! and my FB.....Rico Connor

  • why can't i take an a supplement with high PH (alkali) daily instead of spending thousands of pounds which i don't have on a water ioniser that just lowers the ph of my water?

  • WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CHANNEL IS MAKES SO MUCH FUKING SENSE :)

  • You're a fucking idiot bro

  • @Kronixification Another hater! I must be doing something right! Look at this schmuck surfing the web to make moronic comments. Obviously a very unhappy kid and insecure. LOL If you don't like me then why are you watching my stuff? Tool

  • @totalhealth4life haters goona hate

thanks for posting this videos you helped me a lot !

  • @callMEdrLUV

If you don't like going to the gym then good news. The gym is not needed, I got into Bodybuilding and completely turned my life around without ever setting foot in a gym, in all honesty a membership to a good health food store is more beneficial to a Bodybuilder than a gym membership.

You can get a great workout at home with pushups pullups and a few dumbell excercises.

  • this is the food 4 less in vegas i think

  • @Edzsowavy Theres lots of them and they all suck

  • @totalhealth4life this vid is great man. saw all 3 parts. thank you!

  • @Edzsowavy Need to make annotations as some of my info is old now

  • @totalhealth4life are canned beans okay?

  • @Edzsowavy buy them in the bags and cook them.........dont do cans. I don't do beans now as I practice the Paleo Diet

  • this guy is gonna live til he's 120

  • @FakePlasticShrimp Damn straight! LOL........going to Asia to get anti aging stem cell done in a few months...thats exactly what they told me!

  • I hate going to the gocery store. >.< Its so hard to find something that won't fucker the body up.

  • Hello Rico!

I´m a little confused here. I just read you article regarding grains on your site with you saying we should totally avoid them. But in one of your clips you are mentioning chicken and brown rice after work out, the same with legumes, you recommend them in this clip, but they are not included in the paleo diet are they?

So I´m just wondering, what is your take on grains like brown rice and quinoa and legumes?

Thank you in advance and keep it up kickin irons ass! :)

  • @njaaaa yea that was 3 years ago and my diet has become way more refined and strict........no more grains at all or beans etc..........only organic fruits and veggies

  • @callMEdrLUV It is the most acidic liquid that you can consume......it takes about 30 glasses of alkaline water to negate the acidity from drinking ONE SODA. I agree.......Motivation and mind-body connection is one of the only things that separate the fit from the fat!

  • Mr. Connor, i noticed or maybe i was not paying attention, that you did not cover eggs? What is your opinion on them? Consume the yolk? Or throw it out?

  • @TheAlg2 Hell no! The yolk is full of nutrients! Only eat cage free eggs with no antibiotics. Don't worry about that old wives tale of cholesterol........cholesterol is what makes your hormones! You need it!

  • I've taken nutrition classes, and I'm sorry to say the some of your "tips" are off. You should not stay away from (whole wheat) grains! and I don't care what age you are, the rule for drinking is 2 max for men, and 1 for women, or just don't drink. I've never heard that cutting a fruit takes away from nutritional value. Sounds wrong too, in fact sometimes getting frozen fruit can have more nutritional value.

  • Comment removed

  • @SavasanaSinger

you are very sexy talk ms. savasanasinger.

    call me ;)

  • @SavasanaSinger You've taken a nutrition CLASSES?! Sorry to say but your classes are outdated and you are sadly misinformed.......I"ve been studying health and fitness for 30 years. Books are outdated the second they are written.. Your teacher should be fired........try asking him about the Paleo "Diet which EVERY expert recommends.......meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, and seeds......NO GRAIN AND NO DAIRY. ...Grains are an invention of only 10K years ago. Man didnt eat grains for 3 million years

  • @totalhealth4life studying with whom? books, or a true dietitian? oh I don't care what you tell people, most are easily gullible, and it looks like that's the market you're going for anyway. best of luck!

  • @SavasanaSinger If you don't care about the truth, then stop watching my channel. Give me the contact info for ONE DIETICIAN that told you that Sucralose is a safe sweetener.............I won't hold my breath

  • @totalhealth4life So much anger and defense, try some yoga mixed in with your vigorous workouts! Everyone needs a healthy balance

  • @SavasanaSinger I do yoga. Have a great balance. I knew you wouldn't come up with a name! LOL

  • @SavasanaSinger The best way to store fruits and vegetables like apples, oranges, grapefruit, potatoes and other produce is with the skin, rinds, and peelings intact. Once the protective peels or coverings of fruits and vegetables are cut, the fruits and vegetables begin to degrade and lose vitamin C.

  • @SavasanaSinger Sugar is the basis for disease.....guess what all grains convert to in your body?? SUGAR. Cancer thrives on sugar as well as many other diseases. Real health foods are the ones you were designed to eat in your native environment: muscle and organ meat from animals and fish, and every kind of fruit, vegetable and nut. GRAINS ISN'T A PART OF THAT EQUATION

  • organic cold pressed grape seed oil is good also ;)

  • totalhealth4life I totally agree with you about soda. You are absolutely correct! I got diabetes and struggled to break the addiction to soda, juice, and junk food. I started to enjoy seltzer water, it tastes just like soda. And I started drinking lemon juice water with a bit of stevia in it. I realized that the excessive sugar that was remaining in my bloodstream was turning my blood acidic, which is what caused the suceptibility to health issues. Acidic blood is the gateway to diseases

  • @FitnessMinded Your last statement is 100% correct! That's why I strive to keep my body alkaline by eating organic veggies, fruits and alkalizing foods. Stay away from refined sugar, soda, juice, etc and drink alkaline water . I sell the world's best water ionizer

  • @totalhealth4life So you're saying that if you cut a raw fruit or raw vegetable that it will lose it's nutrients? Are you losing nutrients when you blend raw fruits and veggies into a smoothie too?

  • @markymarkuss777 keep it whole until you eat it...........dont precut something up so you can grab small pieces of it...........no on the smoothie question

  • @totalhealth4life I try to tell my dad that by cutting garlic into pieces a big chunk of the nutrients get killed unless you crush them. But he says "no" and cuts it anyway and puts it in the minced meat sauce...

    Dad... I am disappoint

  • you're the smartest Advice giver out there Rico. Keeping the Body Alkaline is the best way to Health. acidic drinks/high sugars & foods are far from the worst anyone can put in their bodies.

Thanks for making all these 3 parts in yourVideo Bro.

  • @TlalocChak you're welcome my friend.......all the best

  • Good looks Rico, i checked ur video a couple of months ago and it was a good and informative video cuzz im a conciously healthy too.

  • "Soda is probably the most acidic thing in the world" "Your body can become acidic because obviously homeostasis that has been fine tuned for millions of years can't regulate blood pH levels'

I didn't know you were a comedian! This is some hilarious stuff - keep it up!

  • @MrChimei Acidic bodies are ripe for cancer......keep drinking your soda youngster..........anyone that knows ANYTHING about health knows this info. Cancer thrives on sugar too. Eat acidic food and drinks and your body becomes highly acidic and disease sets in.......study some more

  • @totalhealth4life

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Blood pH levels are maintained very strictly by the body. The whole 'acid/alkaline body' thing is pseudoscientific crap. The soda, once ingested, is hydrolysed by hydrochloric acid in the stomach, which has a pH of around 1-2. Soda has a pH of about 3. Not the most acidic thing in the body anyway. An acid is just a proton donor and the body is more than capable of releasing base(s) to take up those protons from the H+ ions.

  • @MrChimei Study up a little more my friend. What you eat and drink directly affect your pH......whether you are alkaline or acidic.......

  • @totalhealth4life Obviously soda isn't good for you but to say that it makes the body acidic and that increases the chance of cancer is a load of crap. I would also like to point out that cancer does not thrive off of sugar. Sugar is sucrose (a disaccharide of one glucose and one fructose molecule). In actuality, cancer thrives off of glucose. All carbohydrates (arguably excluding fructose) are just short or long chains of glucose. So all the 'healthy' carbs you are eating are just glucose.

  • @MrChimei Apparently whoever you learned from is an idiot.........I suppose he is smarter than Noble Prize Winner Otto Wharburg The reason Food Therapies for cancer even exist today (beyond the fact that they work) is because someone once saw the connection between sugar and cancer. There are many food therapies, but not a single one allows many foods high in carbohydrates and not a single one allows sugars, BECAUSE SUGAR FEEDS CANCER. WHO doesn't know what they are talking about??

  • @totalhealth4life

I give up, obviously the concept of glucose feeding cancer is too complex for you to grasp. Sugar never enters the blood, or cells for that matter, as sugar. It is broken down into glucose and fructose.

To simplify it, you could say sugar feeds cancer. It is actually the glucose in the sugar. The key difference is that you will obviously be eating other carbohydrates that you think are great for you but in reality they are all glucose which feed cancer.

  • @MrChimei I AGREE with you! I don't do any grains or dairy! It's just semantics.....we think alike

  • I was with you up to the part about getting a machine to make smaller water molecules. I majored in biology, minored in chemistry, and I know that what you said is nonsense. Between this and the video where you are standing next to a sports car, you are starting to come off more as a salesman with some good intentions rather than a man with good intentions who is trying to make a living by selling books

  • @WellConditionedChimp Water molecules come in clusters rather than single molecules. Tap water has very large clusters (10 to 13 molecules per cluster). Hexagonal Water is a specific arrangement of individual water molecules where 6 H2O units consistently link to form a ring-like structure. I don't make this up. YOU don't know this?

  • @WellConditionedChimp It's my purpose in life to empower people with the knowledge to make intelligent choices when it comes to achieving optimal health and fitness, reversing aging and living a disease-free life. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars more than I have made in this venture. Judge not. less yee be judged

  • Where in the hell do you put the groceries in that car?!!!! :)

  • right you are Rico Science is a good thing. Remember when we were told that Coconut oil was bad for us? Is Fattening...clogs arteries and all that false nonsense? When I eat coconut oil I literally feel it (within a few short minutes) my furnace kick on!!!

  • @hipretty I use it for cooking, consume 3 tablespoons a day and use it for a moisturizer on my body!

  • @totalhealth4life i'd rather drink soda then go on steroids, fucking up my sex drive, getting bald..you fucking tool ;)

  • @TeenTards.wrong on all 3 accounts fool! HATER ...kills you that Im 3 times your age with ten times the health. It's your life junior......drink highly acidic sugar water moron.............its negative morons like you playing video games and drinking soda and eating processed shit food that will develop chronic disease before you hit 50. You make me laugh........skinny ass punk. Go on my channel and rip me for no reason? .........look at your life........a waste.......try helping people TOOL

  • @totalhealth4life i drink soda, i rather so then go on roids. and dont lie you old fart, you have done it all, the deca durobolin, testosterone enathate and trenabolone acetate. you can fool us an old fart like you who is 50 is mutually impossible to have a body like that unless you use hormones, hell at 50 your pecs should be like my grandmas. and your not 25 bro, your 50! stop spking your hair like a fagget and stop wearing tight muscle shirts like a fag. act your age!

  • @jesusonXTC Hater.......sounds like you know a lot about steroids......I wonder why? ha dufus. I've never even heard of some of those! You are much older than me by your negativity and close mindedness........so moronic thinking that if you are old you are supposed to look, act and be frail. You are a complete idiot and everyone here can see that ........you know nothing about health..stick to what you know video games (and apparently steroids!) BTW my body is biologically around 30 peabrain.

  • @totalhealth4life please rico dont let idiots like this talk bullshit your one of the coolest guy i ever seen i wish i could met you and talk 24/7 about nutrition i have your book just do your thing and thanx alot for helping us all God bless!!!

  • @jesusonXTC have some respect.....he informs people for a good cause or good means to inform....you shoudnt be offended, and shouldnt be judging

  • @totalhealth4life hey man, was just wondering what are your views on pig meat? like wafer thin ham/pork and how about sausages and meat like that? is that stuff bad?

  • @CHRISTIAN6182 I don't eat pork. Sausages are nasty bro! Full of nitrates as all deli meats are!

  • @totalhealth4life yeah i was sure they were. they just don't look like they're healthy to eat, tasty though :(! thanks for the info mate.

  • what water can i drink as an alternative or best option?

  • @ishoa1 Ionized water....check out my site .pure-waterionzer

  • good video. also, soda causes cancer, my chemistry teacher wrote me an analysis involving every element found in your body and how they react, and obviously adding an outside carbon source that's not necessary is going to hurt you and screw up your body.

  • @TheSarge75 Wow, wish I could see that, I'm in college chemistry right now...

  • @TheSarge75 That's funny because all foods contain some amount of Carbon.

  • i damn near had a heart attack when he says 2 drinks a day is good for you

  • @sjjdiienno1 Its the truth.

  • i was waiting for you to say something about flax oils and fresh ground flax seed you dont use those?

  • @Rockford91Fosgate I use both

  • What the hell! Since when is beer healthy? lmao

  • @emello4you

The research reports that moderate amounts of alcohol—one to two drinks per day—can help increase the good cholesterol (HDL) and may slow formation of bad cholesterol (LDL).

  • man the botteled water thing is a bit extreme

  • @saintjohnmuscle

not in the least........do your homework

    sending you a link

  • if oprah eat it, i promise that i wouldnt eat it! he he just kidding bro!

  • if this is true about what food to eat then thanks man and is cheerios bad ? another thing i bought vanilla liquid muscle milk how long does it usually take to see results and for the uscle milk drinks do i have to shake the muscle milk drink then open the bottle and put it in the refrigerater or shake it after? and what kinda food should i be eating for lunch?

  • @drakespeed123 I can't be 3000 people's personal trainer and nutritionist. Its why I keep telling you its all in my book.......25 years of knowledge on nutrition, supplementation, weights, cardio and mind body connection. Muscle milk is crap. Read the ingredients label.......you're putting all of that in your body bro! Knowledge is power....read, learn and implement into your lifestyle

  • @totalhealth4life then what can i do i eat healthy all the time and yet i still dont get very good results.and i dont have the money to buy the damn book. other wise i would. and dude muscle milk is good enough for u dude i read the ingredients label in fact thats the first thing i look at on any food/drink product. sorry im not rich like u able to buy every fruit and vegtable on the block iv worked out for nearly 2yrs. and im only like 140. so u know what im just gunna drink the

  • @drakespeed123 No wonder you don't see results. You're full of excuses. Muscle milk is expensive, you're better off buying a tub of protein powder from Walmart for $15

  • @KidProper dude why dont you just stfu i dont make excuses. and yes muscle milk is exspensive. i didnt even ask for ur comments.

  • @drakespeed123 Welcome to YouTube son =]

  • @KidProper l0l.... im not ur son... kid...

  • @drakespeed123 No you're more like my grandchild cutie pie =]

  • @totalhealth4i didnt ask u to be my damn personal trainer and nutritionist. and im not rich like u probably are ok? i cant go to the store and buy all the fruits and vegetables they got. and muscle is good i read the label and to be honest with you dude everything u eat is eventually gunna kill you. ok. il do what i think i should ill have no regrets cause i did it my way.

  • r u sure its a good idea to drink alcohole ?? u know that stuffs poison ,and red wine is only good for u because of the grapejuice thats it ... , anyway u hav a lot of other good info great work .

  • @wildestwesty LIke I said if you don't drink don't start.....drink organic wines with the pesticides from the grapes it's made from.........red wine has resveratrol in it...antiaging bro

  • Loved all three videos! Thanks for the tour of the supermarket

  • @Rosenquist1965 The grocery store probably wasn't that thrilled about it!! LOL

  • Sir thank you for sharing knowledge. I eat raw unsalted almond butter. Would you say it is ok to eat items like this that have some fat to it?

  • @russiaboss Excellent......I do almond butter and sunflower seed butter........you need healthy fats.....try avocados too!

  • hey man great info on nutrion and how to stay healthy, but im just curious, is there anywhere i could find ur daily diet?? cuz im currently trying to put some good clean mass on and i know u know how to do that.

  • @sportsnut93 How, when, what and how much is all in my book

  • @rice16851 Nope

  • this gUy is a fUcking nUt case fUck him

  • @patrickhart916 Patrick my little man.......14 years old.........wow...........does your mother know you talk like this? Have her wash your mouth out with soap. If you don't like the info then stop watching.

  • you helped me a lot i just want to know do you know where i can get Calcium citrate from

  • @KRASIMIRpro j purtianpride web site

  • @totalhealth4life do you think i will be able to find some in a health store or nutrition store

  • @KRASIMIRpro of course..........any store would carry it

  • @totalhealth4life man those water ionizers are expensive as hell haha

  • @rice16851 They pay for themselves within one year of not buying acidic bottled water with arsenic, chlorine, and all sorts of other crap in it

  • Great work Rico!

  • @2129261184 Thanks my friend

  • sick car!

  • I hate soda. I haven't had it in over 4 years. I've slipped up a few times, but when I have, Its sprite or sierra mist, and it's because there was nothing else to drink

  • yea the reports on bottled water are freaky, and good point about true wheat bread in part 1. i read somewhere that the standards for regular tap water are more strict than bottled water, which is probably true, so is tap water the way to go until you can afford a tyent or something?

  • @iamthe3rd You can buy a portable for $65

  • I was looking at an oat meal label... has quite a bit of calories. Hence, is it right to say that having oats for dinner is fattening?

  • 1 ) So what are the NRDC going to do about it they just reported it yet companies contiune to make bottle water. I would always purchase purfied water, so was I being tricked this whole time ?

2 ) And is purchasing a fliter fine since I'm leaning towards that instead of the Ionizer alkalizer water ?

    3 ) But don't caned beans contain MSG ?

  • Number one sign your doing something right with regards to health, you find Rico's over usage of the word "bro" acceptable. Soda and fast/processed foods are what are wrong with this world.

    SODA is the devil.

I was 330+ lbs when I was 22 now I am 25 and 6'4" 230. How did I do it? eating "clean" the last time I had fast food was out of necessity the smell made me almost barf.

  • @prickbass LOL..........very funny BRO!!!!!!!!!!

  • bottled water is not acidic. lol. ok, this guy is pretty dumb even though he does know what he's talking about.

  • "the most acidic liquid in the world is soda"? umm im pretty sure, on the PH scale, soda doesn't even come close to battery acid. and other stuff like that

  • @bmgag19 CONSUMABLE BRO

  • @bmgag19 google it bro....IS BOTTLED WATER ACIDIC?.....WOW IGNORANCE IS BLISS!!! LOL Ask any health expert..........wow Have you been living on a stranded island/??

  • @totalhealth4life wow dude your right! im sorry. it's just that this fact is so wild that it caught me off guard.

btw, don't get me wrong. i really do appreciate your videos as they are really helping me make better decisions in my life.

  • @bmgag19 No its cool....that's exaclty why i make these..to empower people to make informed decisions on their health and the health of their families

  • wow nice man, i put this into my favorites

  • thanks man! Ronnie is a friend of mine..........best bodybuilder there will ever be

  • coconut oil is the worst oil ever..it includes saturated fat, consumption of saturated fats is strongly associated with high levels of total plasmacholesterol and LDL cholesterol, and an increased risk of CHD(coronary heart desease)im not the one who tell this read the book LIPPINCOTT'S BIOCHEMISTRY..dont know why u r telling this..pls respond..thax

  • @supuner1 yeah but the saturated fat is all made up of medium chain fatty acids which are very good for you. Yes normally stay away from saturated fats but there can be good sources to get it from, personally i stay away from all saturated fats apart from coconut

  • I drink water and tea only. I get all my calories from healthy food. all thanks to bodybuilding. I know they say looks aren't everything, but if people actually cared about the way they look, health will come naturally because of the workout and proper nutrition

  • Oh..I hope I can get my daughter to change with me..she's 9. thanks for the videos:)

  • that is awesome to be a good role model!

  • we will stop drinking soda and bottled water, if you stop jucing up the deca durobolin and testosterone enathate mr. 55 year old who has a body of a 25 year old :)

  • its kids like you....close minded and opinionated and know it alls that will be very sorry in later life. Just your negative energy alone will cause many health problems for you. I don't expect you to understand as you're way too young....instead of hating why don't u try being positive?

  • man thats hard..i mean im do bodybuilding not to compete....but i LOVE sugar. its hard, i will never quit sugar.

  • @TeenTards Make sure you take sugar only after intense workout.

  • I just ordered your book...I hope I can reverse what damage I have done-I'm 32. But I feel so achy and stiff. I thought I ate pretty good but learned a couple of new things from you from the videos.

  • Yes you can reverse your health. It's never too late. Keep me posted on your progress

  • this guy knows his stuff man, fuck ur good

  • Really good video! I hate how people know nothing about nutrition, the other day a friend was bragging how shes drinking fruit juice now in order to lose weight, lol ok good luck with that.

America needs more videos like this here

  • thanks bro

  • Rico, I was watching your slow cooker vid and was wondering if your book has anything about that in it as far as how to use a slow cooker to prepare meals as well as how much you can have and how often?...Or does Dr. Mercola's? If not, can you recommend one? I'm still buying your book, but I'd like to know so I can start preparing meals with a slow cooker. Thanks

  • the beauty of it is that basically ANYTHING goes in the crockpot......any veggies, meats, fish, etc....put with marinara, or any kind of healthy sauce, turn on low for about 5 hours and walk away. a search on the web for crockpot recipes should turn up a bunch of stuff

  • I think that's a Lotus, right?

  • yes

  • @totalhealth4life

Yah I like Lotus. Ever since the Esprit V8. I'm gonna check out your book on Amazon and I'll recommend it to some people once I read it. I like your videos more than that Scooby guy on Youtube. He's such a weirdo lol!

  • thanks a lot bro

  • hmm i guess i'm unhealty.. i drink like a bottle of wine sometimes... :(

  • nice CAR!!!

  • thanks for the education i'll be sharing these vids and nice car all the best

  • spread the word!

  • Jesus, nice car and great video.

  • thanks

  • hey mate, awesome vids. was just wondering, any mention about eggs and more so, bread spreads eg..which peanut butter etc.., cheers

  • When it comes to eggs, I separate most of the yolks, usually 6 or 7 eggs, leaving 1 yolk.

He'll probably tell you to get natural unsalted peanut butter. I personally get salted natural pb, but I cheat on that. Absolutely stay away from processed pb. It has hydrogenated fat in it, thus being very bad for you.

He probably wont recommend bread, he seems to favor beans & nuts. But with bread, I buy sprouted grain. Buy the most whole grain you can find. Check the ingredients for proc. flour.

  • He goes into Bread's in Part 1 , although he himself states he does not eat bread.

  • ohk. yea, i avoid yolks completely cos im paranoid about the fat (dont like taste either when scarmbled/cooked). I eat bread, but not as much as I used to (mainly multi/whole grain) only cos i need to massively increase weight. cheers.

  • eggs are great.........cage, no antibiotics, etc bought at the health food store

Try to buy most of your food at a health food store and STIll read your labels

  • ohk, cheers guys, appreciated.

  • aww mate nice car!

  • Hey Rico i heard you mention that you take Calcium Citrate.I'm debating on either taking the Citrate form or another one called Coral Calcium..Which one would you prefer?

  • citrate

  • its pretty messed up how the government subsidizes the shit thats worst for you, spagetti and potatoes are practically free, while meats and organic veggies are the most expensive things in the store.

  • Hey Rico!, I want to ask you when you started to really look after your diet and eat right. Im starting to now as I am becoming enlightened by your video's and im18. So i just wanted to ask around what age did you start?

  • 25 years old

  • great stuff rico. Def have a wiser conscious off your advice.

  • hello i am just writing to thank you for all your advice, we all do really appreciate it, i think a lot of people could learn alot from you and change thier lifestyle for the better, thanks once again
