This so looks like my life. Earth balance, daiya cheese...I love earth balance butter (margarine). It's a staple in our fridge. And daiya cheese would be a staple in our fridge if it didn't leave as quickly as it comes in. I also loved watching your sugar cookie demo with you & your kids.

To be honest: I don't mind the rice vegan slices but it does not melt. Thanks for the vid!
