i noticed how some ppl where saying they never seen this cutscene and i can easily answer why, when u talk to president laguna in esthar before he tells u about the plan he'll tell you his story of how he became president and how he stopped sorcerece adel and thats when u get to see this video

sooo, why was ragnarok send to space? simply to escort adel? they could just send him without any escort, its not like other countires are able to send things to space

they were like automated spaceships that got sent along to guide the sorceress capsule. Wouldn't want it to fall back to earth or bump into anything and set her free.

It when you first meet laguna, in person.

In esthar, its when they ask you to ask him whatever you want, and you can ask him about how did you get here, and that cutscene is when the Ragnorok and 2 other ships, take Adel to the Space capsule thingy.
