The 2/5 preparation, 3/5 theatre thing is so true! I have a feeling that you have those 3/5 down. And I never knew you were such a wonderful rapper!
You might want to try fading in and out between the music clips. Also, there is a transition you could try putting into your interview called "push," it might help to make it seem less disjointed.

A few technical things (and these things may be due to the lower quality anyway): the second time you come on via video (right before the interview) your voice is a little too soft. Also, the ending, with the music coming in and out is a little choppy (right because the credits).

A few of the texts in the beginning were a bit too quick for me...maybe im just a little slow =P
