I watched the first part of this and remembered that something was said about the yellow-ish plate on the hummer. I'm from Florida, so I'll explain:

Government vehicles have the yellow plates. Plain yellow for county, yellow with a star with "city" inside it for city police departments, and yellow with a star with "sheriff," obviously for Sheriff's Office vehicles. Hope this clarifies that a bit.
