@lilvawt Thats not true at all, the reason it was a big deal was because the Justice system purely failed her. John Gardner raped a 12 year old girl went to prison and they let him out early. He saw a psychiatrist in prison and even the doctor said not to release him b/c he was a threat to society yet he was released.
