First of all, tard is not a word. For words like reuse and redo, you can take away the re and get a word. Just because retard has re, it does not mean you can take it away and get tard. Reuse means to use something again and redo means to do something again. Retard does not mean to tard again or to be a tard again. Retard is its own word.
