this video doesnt prove or really highlight anything, its too short- theres no evidence for anything they actually say about the bible or about christ. its not even realli an arguament- so they wave around a few statistics around and ask the question "what if jesus didnt exsist?"- it doesnt make it anything special...infact ive seen loadsa shorter and smarter docs.
Dude, this is just a trailer for a larger, longer movie which will contain the arguments you find to be missing in the short version. Imagine viewing the Fellowship of the Ring trailer and saying "That sucked! They cut out almost everything!" Reserve that kind of criticism for the real deal, not the ad for the real deal.
grazon tries to use the word 'fundie' in a negative light, but when it comes to some things (freedom, fairness, rationality, reality, logic, justice, honesty, etc) being a 'fundie' is a positive thing. Anti-magical thinking 'fundies' like Atheists fall into this positive category just as anti-segregationist fundies and anti-supremacist fundies do. :)
In response to "ILoveDNA":I believe this is a very informative documentary about the truths of Christianity. Not enough of it is shown and when it is, the morons piss their pants over it. Secondly, you have a completely misconceived knowledge of a these Nazis that you are referring too. I may be a raging atheist, yes, but I'm am no where near a Nazi. So in my conclusion, I say get an education and don't come back before then.
People like that aren't Christians, they're Nazis. They give actual Christians a bad name by calling themselvs Christians. However, those who hate all Christians for this reason are no better than those they hate, and no one I'm talking about is better than a Nazi. No one here deserves to be casting the first stone, but you all are having a war of stones.
Highly recommended look at Christianity and some of the fanatical evil followers of Christ. Too many people are willing to look deeper at beliefs on which they base their entire lives.
