i think the real problem is the 2-party-system. even if you dont reelect them, youre still choosing the one evil over the other. just think, that it wouldnt work, since if the candidates know they only have 1 turn, then there is no reward for good work. so many wouldnt bother.
the stupidity of the people makes the problem critical. so this problem needs to be solved. to give stupid people more options isnt always wise, but i think it will work.

I have learned that ONE of our biggest problems is that so many Americans are deprived as children. Being deprived makes it hard to learn new things and hurts the esteem. Also, look at all the cases of abused children!!!! Same consequences!!!! American families just DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RAISE THEIR CHILDREN CORRECTLY and this is getting worse all the time! Overall American families are FAILURES. Period. And this is a FINE example of why we are on the rapid decline...I hope this helps a little...
