I listened to that song. I like it very much but I can't really hear where he shows off the range. They said Roy Orbison had a three octave range and it seems that he shows that off in many songs like Only The Lonely or In Dreams where he starts in the low register and ends in falsetto. Is there a song Ray does the same because I'm very eager to hear somone sing in 4 octaves.
For a treat, flip this 45 over and listen to Love Is A Woman. A nice piece of Belgium Popcorn. Not a 4 octave song but still great non the less.

I listened to "Fever" and I must say that Ray takes the high register very well.
Now please name me a song where he goes to the low keys too.
Thanks by the way..

You could try "I Could Have Loved You So Well".
