Ayano - wind caused the glass to fall.Wind is important in long jump which Ayano was shown to suck at in Episode 2.Also a flag was shown waving while in long jumps they have wind direction flags.

Mizuno - Puppet fell down from the cabinet during Sakakibara and Misaki conversing.

Death is stalking them....
