Haha really? thanks! i havent made my video yet but as far as i know, you can use the 'Pauls reaction tester'. i Think it has the coughing option...if you want people Sitting and coughing then try the 'overlay' option. also try jaydees nightlife anim box...the bar/restaurant anims. Now zoom in very close to the sims while they animate and add (in vegas or adobe) chroma keyed hand with a glass or mug or whatever.

Try it and d tell me...
