  • He sounds like a digiridoo, amazing!

  • This video has been so helpful to me. I thank you most sincerely for making it available on YouTube. All blessings to you. Namaste.

  • The mantra is dear to me and it is an honour to share it here. Om Shanti.

  • The Universal God doesn't care where the Mala is. It's the Spirit and Heart that are important. The Mala is a thing. The intent is the beauty.

  • well said. thank you for the comment.

  • ... and Thank you for providing the video, and for sharing your good will.

  • Well said Rick. Thank you for your post.

  • The Mala can fall below your navel.. it depends on the path that you follow. After all it is not the mala that is holy but rather the idea it reflects in your head. The mala is just a bit of wood or bead and nothing more. What is holy or unholy is in the mind...... Bhikkhu Somanassa

  • Please do not let the mala fall below your navel.

  • There is a common practice in the Hindu faith where the yogi will have a y support bar to keep the mala from touching the ground and going below the navel but in many practices such as this one my Guru never told me to use a mala above the navel. In the position I am shown in it is rather difficult (one is I am seated and the other is the sheer length of the mala).

When someone sets up a puja/shrine table than they should have all images above their navel. Thank you for your comment, blessings

  • what type of mala is that?

  • It is an antique bodhi made of FOUR EYES and extremely rare! As a mala maker myself I search all over for beads and have never seen another one...I made it with markers at 27s and 54s of Rudraksha I harvested in Nepal. Powerful piece!

  • yup...........

its very ancient and people are aware about it in india

there is this movie called SOHAM too in hindi

    HARI OM TAT SAT

  • Thank you. Very powerful healing from watching/listening!

    Hari Om

  • "so" meaning god.......

"ham" exhale-meaning ego out, the factor "i"

  • In the utmost silence of our being you will hear the sound of hum and sa as your inhale and exhale; the sound always exists as OM is the underlying current of all.

At one point I told this Baba that sometimes Hum would be the inhale and Sa the exhale and he said that it is perfect as it is; there is no duality, you just let go and let God/Buddha/Guru/Alah play and forget all forms and structures.

In the end we will all get to the same point and there will realize that paths are all the same.

  • true

  • Peace.

Revelations are ongoing in my video favourites.

    *JESUS 888. In Greek Gematria.

*JESUS. Conceived 11th September 3BC. Born 17th June 2BC. Star of Bethlehem was conjunction of Jupiter & Venus. Jupiter 88,800 Miles diameter. Brian was 888 days old 17th June 1946. Love and Peace.

  • Know that between the inhale and the exhale is where lies realization of the divine and the fruits of meditation.

  • so eloquently written. Blessings to you. OM SHANTI.

  • the incoming and outgoing breath are to be observed - it is not an exercise as if, aerobic workout or pranayama. any person at this very moment, can simply witness the transition point, between incoming and outgoing of the breath. any hiker, stranded for weeks in the mountains need only let go all ambitions, goals, hopes. and listen to the immortal inbreath, suspension, outbreath that is--- so ham. omfg what a gift.
