Hi,, I will send the recipe VIA a message,, there is flour in it thou. :( I dont know if the Corn bread mix also has flour? I use to work with a lady who had to be a gluten free diet,, she had a tough time finding food that didnt taste like dry cardboard. Thanks for ur comment :)
