I've forgotten about this show after all these years, I used to watch this on Fox Monday-Friday Afternoons and Saturday Mornings. This was a great series. I was really unaware that Bobby Hill is Rusty the Boy Robot.

@yeti564 The original story was sort of a parody of Astro Boy, that's why Rusty is a boy robot (he was also Japanese in the original version).
