It's funny you should say that, they ARE bringing him back in the second game, and if I'm not mistaken, you can hear him at 00:26. Maybe it's somebody else, but it sounds like him.

I dont think that's carmaine. I just think that carmaine is one of many gears soldiers because if you can see when you play campaign the gears locate a dead cog that looks like him and when you rescue alpha there was another guy that looked like carmaine that was killed by a berserker.

Epic will only make gears exclusively for the 360 til after the 3rd one, so it sucks to be a PS3 owner right now but at least they have Metal Gear 4
