I don't understand Punjabi...though I got a little bit because I understand Hindi. I first heard about him approx. 3 years before I started to run competitively; it was when I ran my first marathon in 2003 and I was amazed by his story. What a cool guy! He puts to shame all those who are younger than him who complain that they are too old to start exercising.
