Now as the air is passing by the plane, it is in a 360 degree circle (as there is no ground underneath it) as the action mentioned above occurs when the plane picks up speed it pushes past the air its disturbing and the wave of air is seen as the con trail circle and when it passes past the length of the plane it causes a sonic boom.

When you see jets flying in warm humid air(or cold and the exhaust heats the air) you will see a con trail(condensation) behind it.
So go outside if you are in a flight path look up in the sky and you will probably see trails left behind when there is no plane in sight.
