Thank you so much for this video, I have committed to NOT get the H1N1 vax as well as my kids and haven't doubted my decision for months now. We have been taking vit's C & D and a combination Immune vit as well.I'll have to add Zinc to the mix(LOL). I have never gotten a flu shot and I have not had the flu for 12 yrs even with my diet being poor.
