There is a key combination, look in fsx/2004, addons, pmdg, then options or key settings or something like that,, then the key combination should be there.
Most of the scenery is FSX Default. But on a few of the shots it is UK2000 Edingburgh Extreme. The aircraft are mostly Payware, from PMDG ( 747-400) WILCO PIC (737's) and WILCO AIRBUS Collection 1 & 2

Cool, but on the PMDG freighter how do you get the nose to open. I've tried everything :S
