I just heard an audio clip of Ann & Nancy telling the story behind this song! Early in their career their record lable (Mushroom Records) wanted to make one of their album covers look like the front cover of one of those tabloids. It was meant to look like Ann and Nancy were also lesbian lovers! Both babes were furious about this and left Mushroom Records. The lyrics to this song represent their feelings about Mushroom Records.

One of my best memories is when I was seeing Heart at the Oakland Arena. About halfway through the show, 2 legendary babes of rock made a surprise appearance! They were Grace Slick and Stevie Nicks! They jammed with Heart for several songs! I was seeing my four favorite babes of rock at the same time! Talk about a slice of Heaven!

I grew up in the SF bay area. I've seen Heart in concert at the Oakland Coliseum many times! Both at the stadium and at the arena. Ann & Nancy LOVE to perform in the SF bay area! It is their second home!
