The European Jews that returned to Israel in the early 19th c. were Israelis who had been evicted from their land in the previous century. It wasn't until the Israelis started to use new farming techniques that transformed the dessert into farms that the area became of interest to Muslims. Conflict arose when more than one million Muslims move into Israel in the 20th c.

There was a large scale Muslim immigration and establishment of illegal settlements by Muslims. There was no large scale immigration of European Jews. In the 19th century, primary, the Muslims evicted the Jews off their land which is similar to the Highland clearances. The difference is that Israel, until recently, was largely desert so there was no large scale Muslim immigration until the 20th century. This is unlike the Lowlands were the English moved in.
There are a number of clear logical failures in your reasoning.
1) Why is it acceptable for the Palestinians to be punished for what the Romans did?

I think you see things like most do because we are never told the other side of things and must go looking for the truth. The European Jews that returned to Israel in the early 19th c. were Israelis who had been evicted from their land in the previous century. It wasn't until the Israelis started to use new farming techniques that transformed the dessert into farms that the area became of interest to Muslims. Conflict arose when more than one million Muslims move into Israel in the 20th c.

There was a large scale Muslim immigration and establishment of illegal settlements by Muslims. There was no large scale immigration of European Jews. There were very few Muslims in the area until 20th century.

Back in the 11th and 12th centuries Scotland's border was much further south, and bloody battles raged in the 13th century over the cities on that border. England eventually won, but it was a back and forth thing, Scotland is well within it's rights to go back in and take those cities back.

@lizziedavidson1987 I do think that it is similar to what happened in Celtic countries. The Muslims invaded Israel about the same time and occupied the land. In the 19th century, primary, the Muslims evicted the Jews off their land which is similar to the Highland clearances. The difference is that Israel, until recently, was largely desert so there was no large scale Muslim immigration until the 20th century. This is unlike the Lowlands were the English moved in.

There are a number of clear logical failures in your reasoning.
1) Why is it acceptable for the Palestinians to be punished for what the Romans did?
2) You argue that the Jews were there before the Palestinians so therefore their rights are more important, but what about the people who the Jews conquered in order to be able to settle in "Israel/Palestine"? What if they came back should they then be allowed to do whatever they want to the Israelis?
