Young Americans was a summer series in the early 2000's

There was only one season.

The plot was that teen boys were at an exclusive summer school and Jake/Jaquline( Kathrine Moennig) was merely dressing as a boy to seek attention from her distant mother, she then falls in love with Hamilton.

It's a terriably dramatic show, but interesting!
