I was looking at david kayle's VA roles on wikipedia because I forgot he voiced megatron, he did a monster in TENSOU SENTAI GOSEIGER. That's a JAPANESE show (and also the next sentai to be adapted into power rangers...in theory)

David Kaye is the guy who did the voice of Megatron in this video. He previously did the voice in "Beast Wars", "Beast Machines", "Transformers: Armada", "Transformers: Energon" and "Transformers: Cybertron".

He also did the voices of Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Lugnut, Cliffjumper and Warpath in "Transformers Animated".

@jedpaull I assume very few people have Cullen's or Welker's personal contact information. Actors like them are famous far outside the TF fandom. Even when Jim Cummings gave me a call after my manager pulled some strings, it was from "Unknown Caller" on my phone. I'm still not at liberty to divulge personal contact info from voice actors I know an I'm honored that the ones I can contact have entrusted me with that information. :) Even David couldn't get his boys in to see Cullen at BotCon '11.
