hey if you want some advice....whenever ur at the starting countdown before the gogogo dont look at the board look at the other side of the feild and pull the gun around when it starts you gun will automatically be ready if u just pull it to ur face...its a shitload better than just looking away and trying to pick them out and u get a heads up on how many went which direction

its ight, a lot of people do that for no reason when it comes to types of paintball guns, even when it comes to models of cars haha;)

actually as a track runner and a D3 player the faster you move your arms the faster your feet try to keep up with them and also the other way around. Swinging of the arms is natural we do it every time we walk or just stand still it helps to balance and the only way you would get wind resistance is if you had your fist clenched while running.

no, not really. By moving your arm up and down, you are causing more friction between the air and you, you are causing more wind resistance.
