  • I love how your camera shake by the beat of your bass. Good job! =)

  • you are amazing <3 keep it up dude (: it's a joy to listen to it

  • This sounds awesome! Your gonna go far! =) I love Taylor Swift, and you drumming to that is so so awesome! Great Job!

  • Great drumming man but you have way too many unnecessary fills in there.

  • Pretty coool man, wasn't feeling the little drum fill there at 2:09 but other then that great cover :]

  • is it cool if i ask what program you use to record?? rockband mics, creative!

  • @BrenS19811 Not all the mics in this one are rockband, but yea....necessity is the mother of invention.

    I use Garageband to record.

  • @TheBenWelch Is Garageband free??

  • @CoolestWind13 Yup, it comes on every macintosh.

  • too fancy

  • I have some tips: you can use an accapella version of a song and incorporate the song with your drumming, so that way it's easier to hear your drums instead of the ones in the song.

  • what is drum kit is that

  • It's a Tama Superstar with a custom charcoal finish.

  • nice man 5 stars

  • love it man! great stuff...

    few tips..

be more sure of your drumming.. i know it was improvised but you stuttered on some of your fills cuz it looked like you werent sure of what to do.. you would have nailed it if you were sure about it.. like you did with the cross over stick thing.. you know what i mean?

    also

you should use 8th notes on the toms when you go to that tom beat.. when you use quarter notes it makes it sound slower and laggish..

great stuff man.. keepit up! :)

  • the cymbal crossover thing was pretty beastly, not gonna lie.

awesome song choice, by the way! quite unexpected haha.

  • Yea, weirdly, I found myself drifting towards a more pop sound. I guess pop is just easy to cover.

  • Very smooth. Thanks.

  • Wow! The ending part was crazy with the cymbal crossovers thing.. I'm impressed.. I've never seen it before.. Nice!

  • You Listen to some gay Music dude.

    Be manly.

  • hahahaha no worries bro....the next couple of covers will be harder songs...

  • Lol, I'm not saying it isn't hard, that end bit looked rather complicated, but like something like silverchair - tommorow. that sort of angryness

  • I love your drumming! You're very cute by the way :)

  • Great as always bud =) your gonna go far. Also interesting rhythm idea on the chorus...liked it =)

  • did you do the tape thing specifically for this cover or do you think it would sound better on a rock song as well?

  • I did it especially because this is a country song, and I wanted a more mellow sound, but it would sound interesting when used in rock.

  • i would try it but im confused with my cymbals right now. my zildjian pitch black 18" crash sounds deeper than its supposed to but when i film me hitting it it sounds right. i dont know if its supposed to be like that or if its just my camera

  • The room acoustics can change the sound of a cymbal

  • nice drum cover ! I like it :) keep it up , btw what drum sticks are you using :P ?

  • they're Travis Barker sig. sticks, with some tape up on the neck to soften cymbal crashes.
