actually in vegas 2 its easier to glicth it. u have to prefrom matinence on ur 360 ignore the update make ur guy a girl. then go back to dashboard and start it again, ignore update and make ur gilr a guy then back to dashboard and finally play agin and this time update it.

Reset your character and befor you accept it: sign on to the profile you wish to copy your rank over to and exit out of the dash and press A as fast as you can so it accepts.
