Theorically they can...but I think it would be a problem to satisfy their appetite by giving them so little items... Maybe you can use (not only) bloodworms to feed the small ones but for the larger ones I'd go for bigger preys.

From what I've seen so far on youtube, it would seem that these pacman frogs never encounter an meal they cannot fully consume. I'm waiting to see if all it takes for one of these frogs to consume a live horse is for it to get just the corner of a hoof in its mouth. Seems like it could go from there, judging by what I've seen. I mean, I've not seen one spit anything out yet, or give up trying to swallow. LOL
