Is it true that X-23 was an original character made for the X-Men Evolutions animated series and then was migrated to the comics. If this is true, why was her adamantium skeleton omitted from her comic version. Is it so she could physically age as the stories progress. Was the idea of X-23 as a forever child character (ala Claudia of Interview with a Vampire) ever considered? I imagine that's what would happen if she was given an adamantium skeleton at a young age.
