The man is not yelling. He is passionate about what he's talking about. In the same way that fans are excited about their favorite sports team or rock star, this man is passionate about Jesus Christ. This comes from having a true encounter with the King of Kings! Once you've experienced His Loving touch, you want to shout it from the Mountain tops! :D

Are you sure? Because the dictionary defines august this way: "Inspiring reverence or admiration; of supreme dignity or grandeur; majestic." I think He is those things as well, don't you?

My comment is based on seeing the text online. I assume it's an accurate transcript. But, I have seen many of the tributes with both honest and august. I do agree that He definitely is all the attributes defined for august.
