In my external hard drive I am having 2 gig of pics which I don't wana lose at all..I got shortcut virus and when I scanned this nod32 , it removed all of short cuts but all my folders of pics become hidden..I tried to see those hidden folders but couldn't...am crossing my fingers and will try this tonight...all those who got GFs can understand my problem ;)

The SMADAV software works perfectly - I tried all other anti-virus software like MalwareBytes and Windows One Care,they cannot detect this virus.SMADAV cleaned the shortcut virus both on my computer and external hard drives.If you have a flash disk that is infected,just connect it to the PC and run a SMADAV scan.To recover your hidden files,just click Unhide after the scan.Thanks TaraArts,

@matthewm12 you ae welcome! that's also what I did before I found this really cool, my country made - program. I tried almost all of antivirus and it's not worked. Glad I could help coz that virus is so anoyying, disabled task manager and all. One tip I might have to add, if u using windows,try to use Windows Internet Explorer Instead of Mozilla Firefox or Chrome. Explorer might be slower,but it's saver coz it's refreshing every web you search. And it's invisible to Google Redirect virus also :D
