im tired of people who thinks every new game with good graphics is the best game ever. graphics isnt the thing that makes game great, a new game will be released, with better graphics and what will you remember of those that get old? absolutely nothing, because they add nothing to remember.

Assassins creed was good until the end.

I thought the story was great then it took a turn for the nonsense.Gameplay was fun but repetetive.

repetitiveness right from beginning broke that game.

there are games where story sucks, but gameplay is fun and you really feel satisfied after finishing the game.

examples? dark messiah. story while had some interesting twists was lame overall. it didnt stop the game from becoming something that doesnt have any alternatives right now.

i played all thief games and all splinter cell games so i know what im talking about.

splinter cell is a dead game. sure it has a nice gameplay (far from perfect tho), but the story, the theme... simply sucks. thief has a whole interesting world with mysterious stuff etc. then again you probably didnt notice since you only played the 3 game... and only for an hour or two killing every npc lol.

I agree that Splinter Cell is a dead game but I really enjoyed it while it lasted. Thief I've never managed to play through seriously because I only picked it up at Deadly Shadows on the PC, but it did seem interesting, and I got as far as erm Hammerites and Pagans, I think?
