I'm not a pastor, I am just a sunday school teacher. My thoughts are that baptism has less to do with physical age and more to do with ones mental maturity being enough that one realizes that they are a sinner in need of Christs salvation. That they are able to know and understand this fully. Some can understand this at 8 some are not able until 80.
