But, you're right, Josh does have a really beautiful voice too, and way better than ev except for Freddie....for me. (Not sure if screaming is equivalent somehow to 'goodness' in rock, but it seems to trump range, timbre, etc., lol)

Based on what you made this rank? If you're using vocal technique to compare them, your rank is just wrong. I just can't understand how a gifted singer like Layne Staley is behind the monochromatic Bruce Dickinson and Rob Halford, I mean do you know anything about vocal techinique? Cuz' Alto-Range is just ONE in a hundred voice techniques, and it's not the hardest one. I totally agree with #1 Fred Mercury, but your evaluation is not even trustable.

Well I love both Mj and Freddie!The same! But to be honest Freddie deserves to be 1st,he had the best voice ever! He could reach the highest notes! No one else could do that!
